Bootleggers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Augusta

Soooooo, tonight, I was invited to Bootleggers Augusta for a birthday celebration for my family. However, the experience was a NO GO‼️ Some received food and service and about 6 or 7 did NOT‼️ To be told by the acting manager/bartender today is a Monday and I was expecting to come sit on ahh‼️😬 Say what, come again‼️ Remind you before you sat the party why not say we can not be accommodated. But remind you the bar was also FULL‼️ Then to hear a cook say, stop taking orders, I can't handle it was the cake‼️ BUT here is the topper, a cook walked out while we were sitting and a few of us was still waiting on a menu, which I had to walk inside and retrieve‼️🤦🏾‍♀️ As a manager, of an establishment myself, I would have NEVER told my patrons that and would have tried to rectify the situation‼️ Literally hundreds of dollars was lost in the establishment due to lack of management, professionalism and service. Myself and party are very understanding and would not have mind waiting on the food and service due to maybe lack of staff or feeling overwhelmed, BUT, to come off top and clearly state it's a slow day usually, and basically you were NOT prepared to work is UNACCEPTABLE‼️ ALWAYS BE PREPARED‼️‼️ At the end of the day, some of us had to go to another establishment to be serviced‼️ NEVER AGAIN‼️ 0/10 I DO NOT...

I went about a month ago with a friend after a comedy show because it was one of the only places still serving food that we could actually sit down. I told the bartenders multiple times that I wasn't drinking and I just wanted to get food. I was told that table service stopped at 11 but since we weren't drinking they would serve us anyways. (Probably because she didn't want us taking up seats at the bar). We were given menus- went back up to the bar to put our orders in and waited. We waited for almost 2 hours and never got our food. Granted it was VERY busy, but that is still completely unacceptable. One of the bartenders was also someone I used to work with at a different location and we never got along. Back then I thought she purposely sabotaged us getting our order, but now after hearing this it could just be that it's very poorly run. Will definitely not be going back here in the future. Was willing to give it another chance after that, but after hearing from someone that they were only paid $10 an hour (with no tip out) for working a 7 hour shift when they were supposed to be training and being told to serve guests moldy lemons? The chicken wings are trash, yes to make sure I tried the garlic parmesan (NASTY!!), Lemon Pepper (Greasy AF) and 5 boneless Hot Lemon Pepper (hard as a rock), great price on Wednesdays 75 cent per wing. The vibe was fantastic, karaoke was on point I LOVE the DJ And Vibes. The bartender Eva DRINKS ARE HORRIBLE… NICE PERSON BUT I WOULD NOT GET A DRINK FROM HER AGAIN LIKE IT WAS A WASTE OF MY MONEY. (How do you go to a beautiful place with good vibes and the wings and bartender is nasty. Now here’s the good part because I didn’t want to give up on them, I asked the 2nd bartender Taylor to fix me the same drink Eva did, and she did wonderful!
