Gateway Shopping Centers — Attraction in Austin

I've always loved visiting the Gateway Shopping Center for a multitude of different things ever since I was little. From going to the Gateway 16 movie theater to Shopping for my electronic needs at Best Buy, I have never gone back home afterwards with any sort of negative experience in mind from my visits here. The layout of the entire Gateway shopping area is easy to navigate and parking is nearly ALWAYS available no matter what time of the day that it may be. I absolutely plan to return here many many times in the future as a proudly home-rooted Austinite with a deeply centered love for my community. I would absolutely recommend this place for just about anyone who is searching for an easy going shopping experience that is also looking for some variety in there endeavors....

We're able to come in come out with are items that we came for. the shopping was very exceptional.

There was a few issues but they can easily be amended.

Lines were a bit long though this is very common around the time we were There.

Customers were impatient cutting in front of other patrons. This is common place though easily amended.

With proper leads for those in a hurry.

Lastly their was concern I will give you people praise for dealing with the issue very quickly of an individual acting strange around customers.

He was given the proper help needed.

Overall I give all the stores that I visited high compliments to their professionalism.

This is what my wife enjoys doing shopping, as many malls and shopping trips I've visited, nothing compares to being overseas walking down the cobble road and smelling the different types of food and shops! But still getting out and just being part of society but saving is a key to being human and who are we but humans who work and spend and save, I give this to you, the area entire is clean, customer service depends on whos working, found everything I was looking for in one area, I can't complain this is probably my best review of a place and to consider this is just a strip mall but I enjoy malls...
