The Linc — Attraction in Austin

While I love the retailers in this center, it is not a safe place to dine or to go as an entertainment destination. I was having dinner the night of Friday , Feb 28 and my vehicle as well as +/- 10 other cars were all vandalized and broken into in under 45 minutes. The private security patrol that they have hired to "protect" the property seems unable to do so. I was told that the owners of the center are aware of the numerous thefts and continually break-ins, but do not seem to care about the well being of their patrons that pay to keep their lights on as these break-ins have become something of a nightly occurence. The Linc and Misuma Holdings have disregarded numerous recommendations to beef up their security and install functioning security cameras in order to save a buck.

If you value your safety and your belongings, I would highly recommend you go somewhere else that actually cares about...

Conveniently located in North Austin but across the street from an abandoned Mall now being converted into a community College and office space. Also hindering the prosperity of this site is it's proximity to a major highway intersection making access just a tad difficult due to one way streets and limited access/exit ramps. Oh and there is the Bus station next door, not that there's anything wrong with that. But hey folks, this used to be called "Lincoln Center", and with its brand new trendy name "The Linc" all things will be better now. There's nothing "wrong" with this place, but the mall was dying as this strip center was being built, so that should have told them this isn't a retail...

Went here for my daughters graduation and I expect a long line of course that wasn't the problem. The problem was that my fries and wrings were cold and they ran out of CELERY!!!! What place runs out of celery?? Replaced the celery with a cold box of fries like they been sitting out. Also they ran out of certain beverages as well.. Was not pleased at all. The money I spent that night was not worth it and my two seniors were not pleased. So sad. I had high hopes for this place considering ive never been...
