My experience on 6/1/2025 was horrible. This was supposed to be a memorable experience. I was there to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. I made a reservation for one group of eight. Two of my family members decided to dine there as well later that day and made their own reservations. I had a family member from out of town who decided to come to Fucci’s as well. So I tried adding them on my reservation for 16. I was told that couldn’t be done because they were booked. I was told they could be booked for the high top tables across the room. I said ok that fine no big deal. Once we got there the tables were mot available because they tried merging everyone together. This would create a higher gratuity for the server. One of the families beg to be seated for 5 minutes due to having small children who were hungry. They said no because everyone have to be seated at once. Why, we all have 3 different reservations but technically 4. Finally because of the kids crying with hunger, they allowed that family to be seated. The other two reservations were not seated until 7:15pm. They had to wait for another party to leave in order to be seated. Even though all reservations was for 6:30pm. There was one more table left that didn’t get seated until 7:45pm. Nobody at the 7:15 tables was served and nobody came over to greet them. Not even for a glass of water until the final table was seated at 7:45pm. Then we were told it would be one bill because they can’t split it up. We was never together. Y’all put us together. We asked could we sit close by to one another. We was told it was no guarantee but definitely not the high top table. So how do you treat us in this manner? It was very rude and distasteful. I am totally disgusted in the way me and other family members was treated. When we wanted to leave we were told $10 would be charged for each person on each individual card. On top of that they validate your parking for up to two hours. It was their fault we wasn’t seated at 6:30pm, for some of us it was over an hour. The manager with the gray hair refused to validate so that was another $30.He was just rude and nasty and very dishonest. I’m currently waiting on a response from corporate. I’m very sad and displeased with...
Read moreHighly disappointed in how my group was treated here tonight for my birthday dinner. I had a reservation for 9pm, the waiter did not come to the table until roughly 9:20. He then rushed us to place our drinks, appetizers, and entree order as the kitchen was now closing around 930pm. Had he let us know sooner and came to wait on our group of 5 sooner it would not have been an issue. Food was ok. As the waiter rushes through our order, food comes and drinks come. We finally ask for boxes because it's apparent that the restaurant wants us out. We mentioned that it was my birthday and if they could bring a dessert, the waiter said the kitchen is closed which they begin to turn their lights out and all leave and they won't do it. We practically had to beg for a simple cheesecake as I did state in my reservation that it was my birthday. To add insult to injury we asked for a simple round of shots and was told no the bar is closed when clearly we could see people at the bar. We then asked to speak to a manager 3 times and he ignored us and was told that he's on the phone with the owner. Not only did he avoid us he stayed by the bar until he was forced to come speak to us. If there is a problem with the guest it is your job to rectify to situation immediately instead of making up excuses as to why you couldn't speak to us. We explain the piss poor service we received, we explained that he as a manager needs to improve as well as his staff. We asked why things were not communicated to us in a timely manner as far as when the kitchen closes and why we were told we couldn't not order a round of shots at the bare minimum given how we were treated (they ended up just giving us the shots because the manager didn't want to speak to us) and stated they are not allowed to serve liquor after 10pm. -10/10 experience as I traveled from DC to celebrate my birthday. Would not...
Read moreYesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Facci, an Italian restaurant located 414 Light St, Baltimore! From the moment I stepped in, I was transported to what felt like a three Michelin-starred establishment. The ambiance, service, and most importantly, the food, all contributed to an extraordinary dining experience.
Let's talk about the service first. It was impeccable, reminiscent of what you'd expect from a top-tier restaurant. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable evening.
Now onto the food, which truly stole the show. While Facci may not offer the traditional "tiny taste of a lot of different things" typical of a three Michelin-starred restaurant, the quality of each dish was undeniably exceptional. The portions were generous, allowing us to savor every bite of the pure Italian flavors. From the exquisite Parmesan to the heavenly sauces, every aspect of the meal was crafted with care and expertise.
Moreover, the restaurant itself exudes elegance and sophistication. Its sleek, classy decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion or a romantic evening out.
Despite the high quality of the food and service, the prices were surprisingly reasonable, making Facci an excellent value for the experience it offers.
In summary, Facci exceeded all expectations, delivering a dining experience that felt like a taste of Italy right here in Baltimore. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable...
