This restuarant has attitude. Not a nice attitude 😒 The waiter, Juan, was rude and justifying his bad attitude. Juan, would not break up the check for 6 people (nor did he ask at the beginning if we wanted it billed separately). When he refused to break up the bill, one of our party started manually listing each person and their order on a napkin. The waiter commented 'that is your job'. Shocking!! He was so rude, not asked normal customer service such questions, than was biligerent. The manager, Paris, fixed the issue with a smile. She was delightful. Food was good. Restuarant was empty. Hmmmm makes you wonder if this kind of poor service is why the restuarant is empty. I do not recommend this restuarant because the treatment was disheartening. We left frustrated and fabergasted.

PS Juan seemed to take a picture of our table and party. Hmmm afraid of something? Than Juan started arguing loudly with his own manager, Kevin. Wow!! In public. ...

Visited baltimore 2 weeks ago for 5 year anniversary with my lovely wife...Wanted some drinks didn't want a real crazy night out so went to the hotel bar located in the royal sonesta hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and Zack...he's was excellent! The only thing I can say is the theme was a bit confusing and the space was utilized in an extremely foolish way considering the market. I think a fun, unbeat, more hip bar overlooking the waterfront would be much more lucrative and more enjoyable to hotel patrons. I didn't feel like I was dying in the bar, I felt like I was dead already...That's how our dated it was! Despite this downfall the service was excellent and I would no doubt return just because...

All I can say is look for Zachary. He is on his "A" Game. He will get you your drink, he will create a drink to your liking. He will give you your space, or enjoy your company. He is VERY good and professional at his job. The place was slow early on the evening we stayed. He kept the bar open even though he could have gone home. A hour later a wedding party filled the place. I had asked a local about visiting a potentially less expensive bar in the area. Thank goodness, I did not follow through at plan. Very comfortable with a great view of the Harbor. There is no view at the...
