We cruised out of the Baltimore Port for the very first time (May 2025) and it was by far the easiest port we’ve ever experienced. It’s very organized, you park steps away from the ship… no shuttles needed! You drop your luggage off on the way into the lot, super simple. The price is a bit high, but it’s worth it for the convenience. We paid $140 for a 7 day cruise ($20/day) The lot is secured, so no issues or worries regarding safety. I’d definitely be using this port again! My only complaint was upon exiting the lot; it can be confusing with the lack of exit signs. Would love if they would have more signage or directions on where to exit.

Baltimore has done a good job of redeveloping this gem of a place. It's how an urban waterfront should be - accessible by public transport, safe, clean, walkable, and most importantly, packed with a neat set of attractions. There's green spaces, historic ships, an aquarium, harbor cruises, an observatory with sweeping views of the city, shops and restaurants. There is also a Visitor Center for tourists. This place is definitely the highlight of any visit to the city.

Es un lugar que perfectamente puede decirse que es lo mĂĄs bonito de Baltimore y puede difundirse su turismo. Baltimore su gente no la tiene muy bien cuidada excepto esta parte. Es hermoso caminar por acĂĄ

5-Star Review – Great Experience at the Port of Baltimore!

Our experience at the Port of Baltimore for our Carnival cruise was excellent from start to finish! Embarkation was smooth, clean, and incredibly well-organized. The entire process was easy and stress-free, which really set a positive tone for the trip.

Upon our return, debarkation was just as seamless. The port staff kept everything moving efficiently, and we were off the ship and on our way in no time. I especially appreciated how well-organized the local ride service pickup area was—super easy to find, and the traffic flow was managed perfectly. It made getting home a breeze!

Overall, the port was clean, well-run, and a great gateway to begin and end our cruise. I wouldn’t hesitate to sail from...

Upon being escorted at $75/hr and paying an additional fee for my wife $25/hr then told that her name was not in the system which it was, as we were both previously escorted into the port to pick of oversize equipment only months before. Then told my wife would have to wait by herself back at the port entry. The disgraceful and highly inhuman circumstance left her alone, unsheltered, no where to even sit down in the hot sun and elements. Not to mention the tiny ants that crawled up her legs and arms. We will be filing a formal complaint and following up on it. No one deserves to have to go through this. It would be different if we New the circumstances ahead of time but as I said we were here before and she was allowed...

It’s 7 degrees outside, 9:30 PM in January, and I am standing here all alone,in the dark, because they didn’t let me in the port with my husband who is a truck driver. I have a Twic card. And I was allowed to go in several times today until the operator changed, and this guy says that he doesn’t see me in the system so I can’t come in. Again, I got my twic card in August and I was allowed all the time since then, every single time. Not until one “smart” operator decided to make his own rules. How come only you know this rule and nobody else, huh? I have never felt so humiliated before. If you are reading this, would you let your wife stand outside in freezing cold in the dark?????? Heartless, rude and disrespectful...
