ReLeaf Shop — Attraction in Baltimore

I used to love this dispensary. I initially came as a medical patient, and when recreational use was legalized, I didn't pay to renew my script because it wasn't necessary. Having said that, I do still have this medical condition and patronized ReLeaf regularly until last night.

Allow me to preface this by stating that I have severe PTSD and Panic Disorder. I got there very close to closing and I knew it was going to be tough. I missed my exit (I drive over 30 minutes from the County to come here) and started having a panic attack immediately in the car. Tried to breathe through it, missed the second reroute from my GPS. Got increasingly distressed but was determined to make it there by 10:59 and just apologize profusely and explain.

I ran out of my car towards the door at 10:59 and the security guards immediately yelled at me to say they were closed. I was crying hysterically and explained that I just needed to buy one thing, it was my birthday and I was struggling, and that I have severe PTSD. One security guard felt badly and said he'd go in and ask the manager. There was a Caucasian security guard who turned around and wouldn't even look at me. The nice security guard came out and said, "I'm so sorry, the manager said no. He said the computers are already shut down." I explained that I had cash, I was told they had to track the inventory in their computers.

I literally lost it and was crying harder than I have cried in years. I was hyperventilating and disoriented, in obvious crisis. No one asked me if I needed any help. No one offered to walk me to my car. Several customers who had been in the parking lot made it their mission to try to comfort me instead. The staff couldn't be bothered.

Please understand that I take accountability for not arriving earlier, but that I was in extreme distress and didn't receive any humanity from the staff at ReLeaf. I know that this is a big brand, and I will be contacting its corporate...

Their website stinks the best for help they took the order last week over the phone no problem this week it's against the law y'all must like breaking the law cuz you did it I spent over $100 a week with this place I spent thousands and thousands of dollars don't think cuz you spend money that they will care about your as a human cuz this is all about business they're not about helping, last week on the 9th I had a delivery the driver came out and opened the door it hit his knee I apologize well he lied and said I hit him two or three times in the knee and was cussing and cursing no I was not cussing and cursing at you I was saying I'm tired of being screwed on my deliveries y'all always charging more than what it says and you don't give him my discounts that I earned now I'm banned y'all just messed yourselves out of 100 $200 a week you all doing me a favor because it's slowing me down so thank you I'm close to cookies of Baltimore and I'm closer to them than I am to you but I had been coming off since 2021 and this is how I get treated for my mental status because I am mentally ill and somebody got in there feelings about it that dude had like he was going to threaten me was being very rude just forget you guys I don't need your cheap weed all you can get for any decent things or garbage so yeah I don't need I was just using you all for the delivery but you're not the only ones that deliver in Baltimore you lost out not me remember that relief ripping that damn poster down that I have of y'alls too y'all owe me a t-shirt y'all owe me a gram of kief cuz I spent over $70 the dude told me had my t-shirt and that in the vault but now I'm banned sad world we live in you got to watch everything you say or you're the bad guy sad that dude looks...

My old review was 5 stars. This had been my only dispensary since I got my card a year and a half ago.

Edit: 7/10/23. I left polite but serious questions on their instragram page, only to have my questions deleted and unanswered.

About half my Instragram is showing them love and shouting them out for over a year and a half and instead of being adults they just deleted it and preventing me from commenting despite being a long and loyal medical patient who brought up they are pricing us patients out of our medicine and going back to opioid pain medicine is a financially fiscal idea given their price gouging hike.

They say the support the community, no they just want cash now that med patients are going to not make them the same as rec customers.

I'm sorry but no other explanation makes sense, rec doesn't require the cost of thorough inspection of flower , so why are medical patients picking up the tab?

Rec killed this place, the flower prices are about 30% higher in price than before rec for flower. There 400mg edibles currently priced at $35.00 are a steal. I just left the shop for the last time after buying another dry half for $120, before rec it was $90. You guys don't care about your med customers anymore for sure and the prices are a disgusting hike for no good reason, if there is one please tell me and I'll apologize and pull this.

Releaf you have done your OG Medical patients wrong.

I'm sorry but lack of deals is a knife in the heart, you all were known for those deals far and wide.

And like many others said, there is a guy there with a major attitude problem.

I'll always love Releaf but it's just not the same, shout out to all the cool staff...
