So I took my Motorola Moto E4 in to them to have the microphone fixed, which they did, and when I got home that same day, for some reason I had no cell phone reception or data signal out at my house, so I called them on my mother's phone, and they told me to bring it back in to them and they'll fix the problem, and they did exactly that, they replaced the charge port board three times to see if that was the problem, but to no avail, so I had my cell phone mobile provider send me a brand new SIM card which I had CPR put in my phone, but not even a couple of hours later, I still didn't have any signal, so they contacted US Cellular (my mobile service provider) and US Cellular told CPR that it was probably a bad SIM reader and to remove my phone's hard drive from the body the bad SIM reader was in and put it into a new Motorola Moto E4 body and see if that works, I took my phone into CPR earlier today and they removed the hard drive from the old body and put it into a new Moto E4 body and when I got my phone back, it was like the phone was brand new (minus the factory reset of course), I got home about an hour ago (where before, I was unable to get any reception or signal) and it works like a charm!! I called CPR to thank them for everything they did to help me, and I told them; "I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know." They of course, apologized for all the problems and I told them; "It's alright, stuff like that happens all the time, but I'm glad you helped me fix everything." This whole experience was my first time as a CPR customer and although it took a little bit of time, Everything is all good now and I'm happy to see my phone is working properly again! Once again; Thank You CPR for everything! Your customer;...
Read moreI brought in a switch for repair earlier this year to have the screen fixed. I had asked specifically if they wanted my joycons, even though I usually use the device docked. Because they weren't offical ones they said no its just the screen. About a week later when I had time between shifts I came back to pick it up, the screen was fixed and the dent was gone.
I thought I was satisfied, but I noticed the left joycon wouldn't recognize when it was connected to the console. I thought it was the joycon until I tried multiple pairs. It turns out there was a problem with the rail on the side of the console.
Because it wasn't involved with the issue with the screen, they said it would be approximately another 100 bucks to fix, keep in mind I already dropped money on the screen repair and at that point it might be cheaper to buy another Nintendo.
I decided to take matters into my own hands and open up the console. It turns out they didn't reconnect the ribbon for the rail when they reassembled it. The ribbon was actually tucked underneath the main board in a way that it couldn't possibly just fall out. I just wished they fully tested the console before giving it back. It took all of ten seconds to test and about ten more minutes to open up the case and properly...
Read moreTo anyone that needs to fix their phone screen, don't take it to cellular exclusive. I had my phone fixed on Saturday afternoon then not even 3 hours later it was broken after setting it down on my kitchen table. Also my phone doesn't scroll correctly anymore, and I can't open some of my apps, it doesn't even register that I'm touching them. And I have to shut it on and off because it stops letting me swipe from screen to screen and won't let me type or doesn't stop typing. Then after driving all the way to Bangor from Waterville after a 12 hour night shift to see what he could do he YELLED at me telling me that it was my fault and that he couldn't do anything which you would think that if I can't use it because he didn't do something correctly he would at least be able to look at why it's not letting me type or scroll but even then it'd still cost $60 without replacing the screen. I highly do not recommend going there. After $120 I still have a broken screen and my phones worse then when I brought it in. This guys a scam artist at most and should be highly...
