DINO QUEST 2022 Super cool, make sure you buy the all access pass or your child will not be allowed to participate in any activity as far as games and bounce houses and rides. Premium pass is only a few more dollars when bought in advance. You have to buy tickets in advance, they say available at door but really sale out months in advance. Concessions are absurdly expensive and you get very little food Just for water bottle is $5 with no water fountains around to have free water etc. Once your there and if your child doesn't have the premium pass, they can only walk around and view the attractions which are amazing! But still when having the premium pass it allows for multiple more hours of play. It's worth it 100% for premium pass and make sure to order a month in advance. They do full pocket and bag searches upon entry with a metal detector and a wand detector so feels pretty safe once inside the building. They have workers and security around the building. Its very very nice. I highly advise going and bringing the kids, the dinosaurs look absolutely amazing and each year they have the same dinos plus more and they seem to upgrade there skins yearly as well. They have real fossils to check out including a full t rex skull and megalodon jaw with teeth. Plus several other small dinosaurs and egg fossils. Very cool just super expensive, comes once a year so worth it. I do advise going but make sure to buy premium pass for kids and to eat a good meal and drink befor you go if you are on a budget or don't wanna spend $20 on water and a nacho.

My close friends and classmates got together after 45 Years to go to Charlie Wilson's Concert! So glad we did! Uncle Charlie showed out like he always do!! Packed house. I do feel like the Raising Cane Center needs a real update. The seats are too close. I considered I had good seats until I sat in my wobbly chair with my 225 lb self next to two people with their 230 and 240 lbs selves. I also have knee problems so the bend having to sit so low and tight caused me to have to stand quite a bit and at one time walk to relieve the pain and pressure it had on my knees. We really enjoyed our time, and look forward to our next visit 😀

Easy to navigate parking, and the smaller relative size of the venue makes every seat in the house feel like a good deal. This is exceptionally true of the floor seats row 1-5, which, depending on the section, might as well have you performing with the band. All things considered, unless you're 21 and addicted to huge crowds, I would choose this venue over the New Orleans Superdome.

First some may be confused about my timeline...when did I visit Raising Cane's River Center. We had a Convention of Jehovah's witnesses there 3 wks in a row. Since we drove back and forth, 2 hrs. From our home; We went to Fri. And Sun....July26&28. The following week we went Sat. Aug3. Easier for us to get the entire program that way...less tiring.

About the Convention Center, it's beautiful, well arranged and comfortable seating. The auditorium Is the most up to date with it's technology. Wherever you sat, you could see and hear everything was Presented on stage. Huge monitors were strategically placed thru out the auditorium, you could see well from any angle. The sound system was awesome. They were equally as well placed as the monitors were. We had A tie in from a Convention in Houston, Tx each day and had we not not been told that it was a tie in, we would not have known it. It came through with the same clarity as all the rest of the In house parts! An amazing feat! As far as necessary needs... restrooms were plentiful with at 20 stalls in the women's restroom..with two handicap accessible included. There were more restrooms as well. Sorry I don't know exactly how many, but enough that there were no long lines for about 3,000 to us.

To the front door for letting handicap People out and then directed to a parking garage. Was the parking free? Yes and no. We didn't pay each day to park, because our organization Paid for it included in our renting for the facility each day. Was a fee charged to attend the event. No, it was free to anyone who wanted to attend. For the whole three days was free to everyone... anyone could walk in ,even out of curiosity to see what was going on and not charged a penny! The reason being that we had contribution boxes and if anyone wanted to make a donation, freely and as they could, dropped in a little to pay for the entire 3 day event. No buying, tickets, or passing the plate, free if you couldn't stop in a dollar or change...no one knew if someone made a donation or not. But, at the end of each 3 day session, all expenses were covered. As anyone who attends an event in a nice, modern facility such as Rasing Cane's River Center, you will have to pay in advance or at the door, but never do you to attend one of our events. I wish ,I could give you more information as far as the cost to get in and the charge for the paid parking, but I simply don't know. By the way, one last thing, the temperature was pretty near perfect to me, but many brought blankets , because some got a bit too cool, hard to fix it to where it's comfortable...

There for a concert Friday December 7...Lynyrd Skynyrd...had to park on 5th floor of parking garage at night. All the lights were out but 2, it was very dark and we were the only ones at the time there, felt very unsafe. Going down the stairs to ground level the smell was horrible of urine. No police anywhere to be seen on outside of Rivercenter! Concert was fantatstic, long lines and wait for drinks and ladies restroom. Back to parking garage after concert.....homeless people passed out in the staircase with fresh urine smell, up to top level in the dark. We all get in cars and over an hour and 10 minutes no movement of any kind. No police to direct traffic out of parking garage or help with traffic flow. We all were taking turns calling Baton Rouge Police dept and they claimed had no knowledge of any concert going on, a concert this large with a packed Rivercenter and they said had no idea of a concert going on, very hard to believe. There was a black police officer sitting on his motorcyle on cornor of road from parking garage that did nothing to help, even with us shouting from him to help with traffic. May have to think twice before going back to the Rivercenter at night. You would think they would keep up maintenance on this parking garage to help people feel secure that spend money on the events held here! And police or some security would be nice to see and help with traffic flow so people visiting their Beautiful City...
