Dino Palmieri Salon and Spa Beachwood Mall — Attraction in Beachwood

Worst location and poor quality service! My daughter had her partial highlights on 7/29/2022 with Gene- director who supposed to be the highest stylist but we had the worst experience ever. The service lasted 2 and half hours only which surprised me. Usually with the length of my daughter's hair will take at least 4 hours. After 5 days her hair color stripped. Can't even see any red, it turned out like dark blonde with a touch of light pink. I called and they scheduled another appointment. We had to go back a week and 2 days after just to fixed it. The director dyed her hair again but he didn't even dry her hair. Imagine walking out of the salon, walking around the mall with your hair wet like dripping wet? So embarrassing! I had to call a manager to complain that we are not going home until her hair is blow dry. She apologized because the stylist have another appointment and couldn't dry her hair. They were fully booked so I explained it to her that we shouldn't be there in the first place if they did it right. It was inconvenient for us driving back and spent another hour for it. The manager herself blow dry my daughter's hair. We were expecting a good quality service but no! If could give zero star I would. Dino Palmieri inside Beachwood mall...

I used to go to Beachwood regularly. Jessica was one of my favorites. But the only thing with Jessica she lost a lot of weight then she became very stuck up very rude. I was not there for her personality. Because she used to do my hair good but the only thing is she use to cut too much. So I had a 50% off card I went and redeemed it through another person at the salon I got like $500 work done to my hair and they would NOT redeem it and the lady the manager the old lady trying to act and look young (please) that sits upfront very rude very hateful. Then there was also a Russian woman barely speak English that works there and they were ganging up on me for no reason they're telling me because they couldnt redeem the card because I did not go to Jessica. It did not say that on the card. 50% off. Jessica did not say one word to help me The situation .So I would tell you not to go there , very hateful, very rude n way to stuck up for people looking like hillbillies and they're thinking there trying to make them self look better with 10 pounds of make up nice hairdos and clean clothes. Made an appointment for consultation for color and cut. The stylist my appointment was with was nice. I showed her the picture of the color I wanted and asked her if it can be done on my hair. She said yes. She asked me if need a haircut and blow dry ( that’s what my appointment was for) I was like yes. I was told that my appointment was messed up and she doesn’t have time for haircut and blow dry???? Wait a minute…. Am I suppose to leave salon with wet hair??? Long story short hair color was not even close to what I wanted and there was a thick line of color along my forehead which I noticed after leaving, went back and got it cleaned.

Came home disappointed, told my friend what happened , she convinced me to call back and have the get it fixed. I called, they gave me another appointment to get it fixed ……asked me if I wanted my appointment with a top level stylist or lower level ( very disturbing) you guys are a professional salon, I think atleast!!!
