I booked the Wild Horses and Dolphin scenic cruise as a surprise for my best friend’s birthday. The websites states it would be on the 149 passenger boat. I’ve seen this boat before in Beaufort it’s huge and beautiful it’s pretty much a yacht. When I finished booking it changes to the 49 passenger cataraman boat. However, it states the boat as a bathroom and you can pay for beverages. That was not the case when we got there and quite a few of us voiced the mislead information we got from the website but the captains kept saying it was the right boat. There was no bathroom, nothing at all. To make matters worse one of the men that did most of the talking decides to make a joke when a woman stated she was celebrating her 13 year anniversary and how she was from Connecticut. He says “Any other Yankees on the boat, don’t be afraid” to which a few raised there hands stating they weren’t and he goes on to say “ well here’s a joke for ya, you can tell a yankee faster than you can pick cotton, but I wouldn’t know because I never picked cotton before.” It’s 2024, can we get pass the racism!? Then they sail us all the way out to morehead city to which everyone was confused because it states that no where and the same man makes the comment “ not to make fun or a joke of what happened in Baltimore but if they’re bridges were built like ours it wouldn’t have happened” and he proceeded to laugh while everyone looked at him in disgust and then he decided to stop talking. How can you make light of people dying!? How can you make the few African Americans on the boat feel uncomfortable. It...
Read moreMy family and I recently booked the dinner cruise for my partners birthday. We encountered an accident and got delayed by 40 min. I called the company and there was nothing they could do and I was not entitled to a refund due to late cancelation. We rebooked for the next day and surprisingly, the ceo called and gave us partial refund. Finally, we found a business man who is passionate about his clients and not greedy for money. He was very respectful and had our interest at heart. Our previous booking was top deck but was switched to main deck, yet we were approached respectfully and they explained why we could not get the upper deck. They made sure we were okay. All I can say is a big Thank you to the team. I had no physical cash on me to tip so the least I can do is to leave a review and recommend their services. They made my partner's bday Unique. I really recommend the Thursday dinner cruise. I will book...
Read moreAlthough the staff was extremely friendly, this dinner cruise did not compare to previous ones we have experienced in past years. There were NO burners under the mashed potatoes, ribs, or store bought boxed chicken. The salad consisted of lettuce ONLY, no cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, or anything except ranch dressing. The ribs were tender, but drowned in sauce. We we called table by table (asked to select your table & seats at booking ), but we assigned random seats at check in prior to boarding. As far as the tour… the scenery was simple. Dessert was the deal breaker… a hard generic brand cookie sitting in a bowl with instant pudding! Updates are needed as all plastic plates, bowls, and forks were in the upward position and not covered. No stoneware or glasses for beverages. Our table guests and staff were all FRIENDLY so I rated this a 2! I will not take this...
