Read moreThe Le Ciel Spa 2 me and my spouse have had many problems with this so called “business.” Every time we go to this mall they are super aggressive, rude, pushy. Today me and my spouse had to literally prepare ourselves to walk past their 2 booths and the same exact lady from February when the first incident happened, approached us again very close and started to give us her sales pitch loud, close and aggressively. Once we walked as fast as we could this time and, as far away as we could away from her while trying to ignore her and look in the opposite direction. She said loudly out loud in a very rude manner saying “Wowwww.”
I wanted to go off on her because, she is very rude, disrespectful and it is always a absolute terrible encounter with her… I literally don’t enjoy going to the Fairfield Commons mall as much anymore because, I honestly literally always have to deal with her and their crew.
La Ciel Spa 2 operates 2 separate stands in the malls middle section, selling various skin products. One is upstairs and one is downstairs. This is going to drive more customers away and takes away from the experience of visiting the mall.
Your establishment really needs to fix this. I’m not going to deal with this uncalled pushiness, rudeness, over stepping personal boundaries, of this very disrespectful and shady organization and its intense sales practices.
It’s absolutely wrong and I’ve seen other people say the same negative comments of similarities or same exact experiences that me and my spouse have had there at La Ciel Spa 2. I’ll report to the head board, state, mall ceo or whoever is in control with this situation.
I’m sick of it please do something about this please...
Read moreThis has just become one of my new favorite places! Mostly because of the food court - it has a children’s play area!!! Winter here in Dayton sucks. Al my little boy and I want is to go outside and play, but it’s freezing cold. This play area is great for really young kids as everything is on the small and simple side. It is paid for by a local hospital and is therefore hospital themed. There’s a giant stethoscope and thermometer, there’s a mini hospital with a bridge to climb under and over, there’s a mini ambulance kids can climb in and slide down the back. This whole area is walled in with one open entrance and exit. Along the walls there are spinning blocks that encourage healthy eating of vegetables.
There are tables all along the low wall of the play area, so it’s easy to grab lunch and have eyes on the kiddos as they play. Or you can sit on the benches that line the inside of the wall and chat with other parents.
The only thing that could make it better? I wish the entrance had a gate to prevent the really young ones from simply wandering out.
I’m still new to this mall and learning the layout. I sure wish they had maps up in more places - I couldn’t find one at all! But there’s plenty of parking and different entrances depending on where you want to go. This seems like a popular mall based on the crowds I’ve seen on A Friday night during the holiday season.
You can find some of the usual shoots you might expect - Macy’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, Hallmark, Yankee Candle, etc. but I did see a couple empty shop fronts....hopefully those will be open...
