The absolute best florist!! Let me start by saying I was a slacker and waited until the day of Valentine day to get the wife her flowers. I called around to many places, went to a couple of them and the flowers were wilted and just looked awful. Andrew's was the only place left still open on Vday, they closed at 6pm, my daughter and I walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman at the register. He was super helpful and showed us different options. I saw this beautiful bouquet of red roses and little white flowers, I knew that was the one. As I opted for that arrangement, I had asked to pay a little extra for some lily's, the 2 women in back that were setting up arrangements, stopped what they were doing to satisfy my needs. Those women were so kind, polite, and just all around good vibe. The nice lady put some extra work into my arrangement and I can't thank her enough for it. I'm here to say, it's now the 22nd and the flowers are still so beautiful!!! My wife even said that all the flowers I've gotten her over the years are beautiful but this arrangement is the best. I found out that they were a family owned business, no place better to spend my hard earned dollars on. Please, everyone should stop in and see their shop and flowers, so much to chose from and all very fresh and long lasting flowers. I will never shop at any other florist, ever!! They have exceeded my needs and expectations and I believe they will do so for you too. To all the people at Andrew's, Thank you so much from my...
Read moreI ordered flowers through 1-800-Flowers. They were to be delivered on 2/14/2021, as that was an available date on 800-Flowers. On 2/11/2021, the flowers were delivered to my home without warning. No phone call, no email, no nothing. I had Valentines plans set, and they were completely ruined by this companies poor communication.
When I called Andrews flowers in Beaverton, I spoke to the owner, Roseanne. She was very combative, gave a lot of attitude, and not once offered an apology. She told me they "decided" to deliver them early. They did not call me or contact me in any way. The card with the flowers even has my phone number on it. She claimed it was due to inclement weather, which I understand. However, there was no communication to indicate they would be delivered today.
Unfortunately, Roseanne continued to not take ownership or accountability for the mistake. She then hung up on me, not once, but twice. Offered no recourse, no nothing, just an "Oh well, we can come pick them up!"
Thank you Andrews flowers for ruining my Valentines day with my loved one. If I were a consumer, I would not take my business to this angry, unprofessional shop. I will be filing a consumer complaint as well, and inviting 1-800-Flowers to review...
Read moreI started going to this cute little flower shop to get some flowers for my wife for her office. I told them about her, the colors she likes, that she likes whimsical fun colors. That she likes it when the flowers are aromatic and her clients can smell them. I told them that I wanted to spend around $40-$45 dollars. They put together an amazing arrangement that was almost exactly what I thought my wife would love. But... I would have liked there to be a big sunflower right in the middle. So, I asked them if I could add a sunflower right in the middle and they let me pick one out - they told me that it would last longer if I picked one that wasn't quite all the way open yet. I listened, and was very happy with the results.
My wife loved the flowers, and they have lasted a couple of weeks!!! ...and they did not try to up-sell me... In fact, they only charged me $40, despite my addition. I highly recommend this place!
Side-note: this shop is locally-owned; the owner actually works there and talks to you when she is not too busy; Also, bring your own vase - they do not mind! Lastly, they are great florists, but not great photographers (their social media photos do not do their...
