Our visit to Reality Break Escapes was an absolute highlight and deserves nothing less than a glowing 5-star review. This escape room establishment offers a captivating and immersive experience with its diverse themes, and the 1920’s prohibition bank heist room we chose for our 3-year anniversary celebration was an absolute blast.

From the moment we entered the escape room, we were transported back in time to an era of mystery and intrigue. Speaking of special occasions, we were pleasantly surprised and deeply touched when we reached the final part of the escape room and discovered a lovely Happy 3-year anniversary note written on a whiteboard by the staff. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, adding an extra layer of warmth and personal touch to our experience. Our team (15 of us) chose to do one of the Hosted Puzzle Hunts (Mystery of the Missing Mare) since we were all newbies, that time slot worked for all of us, and we wanted to solve the puzzles as a team vs individually.

Lemme just say...IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! :) From the start with all of us in the lobby (when instructions given & pix taken) to the end (with each group in their own breakout room with their game-master)...they provided us with a fun, often comical, wonderful team-building activity! Each breakout group reported the same experience...the game-master was fun and engaging, and the puzzles were just difficult enough for us to work together to solve while laughing the whole way through! We do plan to schedule another one now that we have a better idea of what to expect...this time probably the virtual room, now that we're "seasoned". :)

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the AMAZING customer service provided by these folks. I worked with Giorgio on scheduling all the event details, and he was a dream...also as a game-master, I must add! We also had some feedback on how to make the experience a bit better for folks in the future, and they have taken it and ran with it...always looking to improve for their customers!

Overall, we were impressed and will be back for more...and looking forward to the other options they have to offer, including those for LARGE groups! (we've already presented it to our upper mgmt to see about engaging them for further events on a larger scale)!...

The staff is kind and friendly but our room had more than one issue. One of our clues was set up incorrectly and gave a solution for the lock it was locked behind and we weren't given extra time for the time we lost on it. Then, later, there's a section with an electronic safe that has a minute long cool down, punishing incorrect or brute forces inputs. The problem we had was that the solution required counting things but is very obscure about what to count between physical objects, and pictures. The game master told us we had it correct, but we did not because it wasn't clear what we were counting so we spent about 15 minutes trying inputs with the incorrect sequence after the game master told us we had it correct.

Edit: The escape room reached out to me and my girlfriend about a refund and some credits to a future experience. While this does make me feel good about visiting them again, I won't be changing my review. This is a review based on my experience, not a review on how it was...
