The concept is good and my kids loved making slime, but there is a lot of room for improvement. The employees are young and I like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they lack softness and that knack for delivering instructions that kids require. One employee with large round glasses deliberately ignored my questions. The lab coats and goggles were a nice touch, but they did not invest much in the rest of the decor. For $35 per kid, it all just felt a little hokey. I would have liked for the experience to play more into the science of how slime is made. It would be nice if they used reusable bowls and stir sticks. But, that might be because there was no sink in the space. She is look like Indian and she is wearing glasses and I heard people call her Alice.I called yesterday to spoken with one of the lady and she told me if I pre booked the appointment on line at 3:00pm and in case I am not able to make it, she can schedule me at 4:00pm or 5:00pm… I arrived to this shop with my girl at 4:45 today,That rude lady rushed my girl to put on the apron and asked her to join right away. She told my girl the class is done in 15 minutes. I told her this is not fair, we paid for the full amount on line yesterday and received 15 minutes workshop. I told her you should start my girl at 5:00pm then. She told me she doesn’t care and I already told her that I will leave the reviews in your company. She said she doesn’t care. I will not definitely recommend anyone to visit this shop. This is unacceptable customer service and I will not recommend anyone to come in for this...
Read moreWe gave our kids this experience as a Christmas gift. They were excited to go, they love slime and making their own! Based on the website it sounded like a fun hands on experience. They went around handing them mix ins etc. whereas I pictured something like menchies froyo where you add in your own from like a self service bar. For the price you pay I...
