Went here a while ago, and finally decided to share my terrible experience with this place. I thought this would be a fun detour for me and my sister, so we decided to visit despite some reviews saying that this place was a scam. We were having a good time when out of the blue a white lady (she looked like the owner) asked me "No English?" while looking at my sister. We're Asian, to be clear. First of all, my sister is an American citizen born and raised, and second she was a shy 6 y/o girl. Why was an employee, perhaps even the owner, no less, questioning the English speaking skills of my sister, a customer? The message was loud and clear: non-whites not welcome. Now at that point my family was having a good time, so I bit my tongue, but boy did I want to give that lady a piece of my mind. Left a bad taste in my mouth the whole time there, and for a while after too. At the moment I could only manage to reply "She's young." And that's that. We finished sifting our stuff and left. But if I didn't care about ruining the mood for my family's trip, I would have just opened up on this lady and caused a huge scene. If you want to give your money to a racist business, be my guest. I just know I won't ever be returning here again. And yes, for the price,...

Once opened there was one family that managed to go inside before us and we went in then we're asked to exit and wait due to covid (which is fine) along with two other families and waited another 30 minutes and the doors were left closed. We decided to leave because it had gotten to be over an hour total of waiting there and before we did we were figuring out what to do next in the parking lot for a few minutes. When we were exiting the parking lot to leave I noticed everyone who was waiting outside was now inside including the family that first went in and the doors were wide open. The difference was those that went in were all Caucasian and we were of a different color. That was my observation. In total we waisted five hours for what appears to be prejudice, in our point of view. My rating will remain the same due to this experience and anyone of color should be aware of this before they waste time coming from a distance.

Read moreThe rude attendant would not let my small children in the store with out a mask. We’ve been all over the rest of the city and nowhere else has asked us to put a mask on our babies.
Edit to add you have not “enlightened “ me we travel ALOT. we live in a big city and this is the FIRST establishment to try and force my children to wear a mask at their young age. After we left your worthless building we went elsewhere where my children were not treated like they had the plague before they were even on the door. That’s right we were OUTSIDE when before even greeting us your employee insisted my babies mask up. What’s nice about this is you have every right with you business to insist on masks even for 3 year olds and I have every right to no ever step foot in your doors again and to let others know that your policies are over reaching and not even reasonable. So no we won’t be giving it another chance and we will be telling any of our friends with children to steer...
