My family had a horrible experience because all of the above went wrong
Arrived. Grumpy employees in parking area. Parked, went through signature process of waiver with no employees providing any information or explanation of any rules or restrictions. Tried to engage with a question and was brushed off. Went to ticket area which was not obvious to find. No explanation or information provided verbally. It was obvious we had a toddler and our Kindergartener with us (me, husband, toddler and kindergartener). They let us pay for both parents and older child and took our money without telling us anything about not being able to take toddler into snow area. Didn’t say we had to stay in any particular area. We then got boot tags and were admitted to area to get tubes. No one tells us anything at all about anything. We go to select a tube for dad and older child, and I walk with our toddler towards bottom of snow but not in anyone’s way for literally one minute to show her the snow. Employees then get really aggressive with me and start harassing me: no clear communication, wouldn’t explain why they were getting in my face and peppering me with rudeness, rude, not letting me walk away, caused my whole family to be upset the rest of the day and gave my kids a bad memory. I literally did not know why they were upset and they didn’t take time to be polite or respectful. Turned out I was just standing in the wrong place. They could have just politely explained it to me. They relished getting in my face and harassing me: saying stuff like “how’d you get in here?” Laughed at me when I walked away.
There is NO place for a parent to show toddler/preschooler snow or play while waiting and only about 6+ (unless your kid is above average height) can go on the tubing.
Also the carpet that people stand on to go up to the top broke down leaving disabled people unable to tube.

Read moreThis is a cool place for the kids. We visited this weekend 5/19/24. The kids had about an hour of fun at a cost of $300 (3kids.) A few things: it’s definitely worth experiencing the slide. But hits the bank and hard. $40 for 5 slides. At the slide lift, the 60something year old employee took all my coupons and only 4 people rode. I had to ask him to give me the 5th coupon back so we could use it. Was definitely put off by that. The food is $14 for a hot dog meal $16 for a burger.. didn’t eat here tho.
My 3 kids rode each these things ONE time for the money we paid: the slide, coaster, zip line and a round of go carts for my littlest one. $300! It’s not worth that much in my opinion. Roller coaster was $20 per rider. Go carts were $9 per rider. Zip line- $12 Half the arcade games are broken.
Each ride has a separate ticket line and you have to purchase tickets for said ride at its own kiosk. So 4-5 separate charges. I didn’t see a wrist band option. Seems like each ride may be individually owned. But the owners need to come together so you don’t have to purchase tickets for each ride separately. It would be easier for the customer and reduce lines. ( we went right when they opened on a Sunday- lines weren’t bad for us)
Whatever video card thing they use to capture moments on the ride didn’t work for us. Nothing loaded when we went to try to see the video.
Employees seemed not so enthusiastic to be there. Especially for a kid amusement type place. One was even smoking at the midpoint watch station of the slide. Blatantly too. Smoke blowing everywhere.
Summary: a very expensive, mediocre place targeting tourists for a high price for little entertainment. If you do go, i suggest going right when they open. Your kids will have fun. Your wallet...
