Unfortunately, our experience was not as enjoyable as we had hoped due to several issues that significantly impacted our trip.||Upon arrival, we had to spend approximately 45 minutes shoveling snow out of the parking spot and driveway using only a garden shovel that was on-site. This was frustrating, as we expected to be able to settle in and start our vacation, not immediately have to clear the area ourselves. A proper snow shovel or pre-arrival maintenance of the driveway would have been greatly appreciated.||The most concerning issue was the bathroom plumbing. Every flush of the toilet resulted in water backing up into the shower, leaving inches of dirty water behind. This made the bathroom nearly unusable and extremely unsanitary. Additionally, there were only two bath towels provided with no bath mats or hand towels, and the bathroom itself was not properly cleaned—dirty walls and shower residue suggested a lack of maintenance. I did not feel comfortable using the shower because of this.||Several amenities listed in the Airbnb description were not actually available, including a hair dryer and a microwave. These are basic items that we had expected to be provided based on the listing, and their absence was inconvenient.||We were particularly disappointed with the kitchen situation, as we had planned to cook meals during our stay but found it lacking basic essentials. There was no dish soap for basic cleaning, and essential seasonings like salt and pepper were missing. Additionally, we noticed that either there was no smoke detector or it was nonfunctional, as the kitchen became smoky while cooking, and the kitchen ventilator was also not working. The smoke detector did not appear to work either. ||The living area was another major issue. The listing mentioned a "queen pull-out sofa," but there was nothing equivalent to that. The seating in the living room was incredibly uncomfortable to lay on, making it unusable as an actual sleeping option. Additionally, the curtains did not fully close, which left us feeling like we lacked privacy in the space. Adding proper curtains and even some extra throw blankets or pillows would make the area feel more inviting and functional.||Additionally, while there was an on-site spa, it was completely unavailable due to the snow and appeared to be unmaintained. This was disappointing, as we had hoped to use it...

One they charged significantly different amounts on the night I stay first night was 120 and the other 2 were like 50 bucks which felt more fair for what we got. If you look around this town there lodging like everywhere that cheaper and more bang for your buck. From what I read in the reviews this place has improved, its very homey and cleaner then it was before.. if your gonna charge a 60 dollar cleaning fee, you should clean everything. I pulled out something in the kitchen it had mice dropping all over it, our sheets didnt looked changed, there was dirt in a jacuzzi tub and 4 of the dishes they provided were covered in molding food. I watched the house keeper take clean sheets folded in a basket just leave them outside, i never saw her come back for them so who knows how long those were out there for. I feel like the owners of this place think since this a cheaper lodging option that you dont get bare minimum standard which is honestly ridiculous. I knew that some things would be broken but the oven didnt work (the burners did just not the oven) we ended preparing half a meal to come to that sad realization. Just tell people something isn't available or not working so people dont plan around something that doesn't even work. They dont have curtains in the kitchen??? I was bathing in the tub in the living room as I was getting out I realized literally any person can look through the kitchen windows and see you getting changed or out of the tub. That feels like such a violation of privacy especially with the neighbor comes outside whenever you ever to stare at you. So yeah ill be honest I knew it was cheap and I enjoyed parts of my stay here but I wouldnt waste another...
