Amazing Pho Experience!

My husband decided to order the shrimp Pho, and although I wasn’t particularly hungry at the time, a kind and respectful lady brought me a small bowl to try. Oh my goodness! This was one of the best Pho experiences I’ve ever had in my life! The taste was absolutely perfect, with every ingredient tasting incredibly fresh.

The service was outstanding as well. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also very impressive. The tables were spotless, and after we finished our meal, I noticed how thoroughly they cleaned the table for the next customers.

Both my husband and I were completely thrilled with our visit. We’ll definitely be coming back to this gem of a place! Highly recommended!

The food is great. This is the second time my family and I went to eat in this restaurant. The first time was a good experience since the owner was there and everybody was friendly. But today we went back and he was not there. We arrived at 7:50 pm and the waitress told us to go to the second floor. We waited for about 40 minutes, and no one came to take our order (not even drinks). I went downstairs and told them that we were ready. One of the girls said, "you can order down here," My answer was "last time someone took our order by the table" she responded " well, i am too busy" and asked tge other girl if she could take our order, and the second girl said "I am busy as well, you need to wait more" with an attitude. There were other customers that have been served already. I work in hospitality service, and this is not the way to treat...

i ordered food with my friend and the orange chicken was great , but his Pho rare steak came and everything was fine all for except the meat smelled rancid me and others at dinner smelled it and almost lost our appetite. my friend called the manager and she laughed at him and basicly could not fathom the fact that her meat was expired . She was very rude and ended up hanging up on my friend. good news is doordash took care of him . be be careful with this place, the lady on the phone was literally laughing at him. how shameful. they open a business in Big Bear and think they can treat locals this way. we will be posting this review on all the Big Bear pages and we will be letting our friends and family know what happened. people that run a business this was dont...
