This was my first time buying a home & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After being flaked on by multiple Realestate agents for our lower budget, we met Justin who helped us fine the perfect home & even made a way possible to give up some of his commission in order for us to close…. How can I possibly described what a FRIEND this guy is. Me & my family are still shocked that Great Guys that put happiness over money still exist.

Living in a one bedroom apartment with two dogs and a baby on the way, we were stressed for time before renewing our lease. Justin worked closely with the sellers agent to make sure we were moved in before our lease deadline, saving us even more money because we didn’t have to pay penalties for “breaking” our apartment lease early.

Fun things about my realtor that I’ve learned working with him for a couple months that you may enjoy knowing as well : 1) He loves his family but he will make time for you. My realtor picked up for me while he was in Disney!!!- what a guy. 2) He’s detailed oriented. Justin will literally go over line by line on multiple costs and fees for your new home to make sure you are getting the best deal on your money. 3) this should be number 1 - HE KEEPS HIS WORD- I can’t explain to you how many realtors I went thru in order to meet a good one like Justin.

I really consider him a friend now & not a realtor, I even extended the invite for him to be the best man at my wedding. He is really a great person to work with all around. He will not let you go to sleep at night feeling worried, he will always keep you informed. Karen Anderson is amazing! My wife and I were making a huge transition and moving from NJ to Boca Raton area. We just weren’t familiar with the area or who to trust as a realtor.
