Cutest place for home decor and the ladies that run it are amazing! So fun and so friendly. I'm embarrassed to admit that I showed up right before what I thought was their closing time, the door was locked so I began to walk away when one of the gals ran out after me, she insisted I come in as I was just picking up some items I ordered through their live at five, after I got home I checked my Instagram and discovered they actually closed at 4 that day 😱. It was bad enough that I tried to show up right before they "closed" but after I discovered that I just wanted to crawl in a hole. 44 East is a very quaint and cosy shop with a good feeling inside. It's run out of an old house with cute features like rounded doors and a fireplace. The whole shop is filled with candles and music and the mother and daughter that I presume run the place were very friendly and welcoming but were also careful not to hover as we shopped. I just got back from picking up my first website order and it was awesome. I walked in and another friendly face greeted me and made me feel like I was among friends. I love this store and just enjoy everyone who works here. My package was carefully wrapped and looked gorgeous when I picked it up. What a wonderful reason to shop small local businesses.
