ALDI — Attraction in Bolingbrook

This Aldi is fairly new but I can say that the employees at this location are very rude with customers when it comes to purchases and honoring the stores return policy. I mean why must employees give customers attitudes? Like handing a customer their receipt after a purchase with force or anger, for what? Also not using manners which cost absolutely nothing.... Like who pissed in your Cheerios or spit on your happy meal today to cause the attitude and disrespect?? If you are not a people person you have no business working any job that requires you to work/deal with people on a day to day consistent basis and companies that continue to hire such rude disrespectful people are just causing their business/company to suffer in the long run. The bald headed older guy was rude to me twice I've been in there idk if it's because I'm a Hispanic man but I shopped at this Aldi all the time and now I don't because twice he's been rude some lady loaded her grocery behind mine and he started to scan the items leaving me no room and I told him I need space to put my items on he gave me attitude acting like I didn't speak English and while waiting almost hits me with a cart with a rude face. The bald man working register is extremely rude and power trips. He wouldn't let my partner & I put groceries on the BELT. WHERE THE GROCERIES BELONG. He did not say ONE WORD to the customers behind us about them putting their items on the belt. 1 stars because other employees at this establishment are kind but that bald man was racist and rude.
