Geek Squad — Attraction in Bossier City

Took my laptop in. I paid for the "total tech" ($200), told me my hard drive was bad and I had to outsource Windows 10 home (licensed)to replace the operating system. They can't get it. Almost nobody sells Winows 10 home anymore bc they're pushing 11. $151 later they tell me it's not the hard drive, it's the motherboard and they'll reimburse me for the software. But not the case when I picked up my laptop from the store. So they charged me $200 just to cost me another $150 and my laptop still doesn't work.
