Krush Boutique Bossier City — Attraction in Bossier City

SO happy with my experience at Krush Boutique! I am not local (cleveland, ohio) and i was on the hunt for a cute margarita themed outfit for Cinco De Mayo coming up. I will be in Epcot & i wanted something fun, but i had the idea late and was looking last minute so i wasn’t sure if it would work out or if i could get anything in time. While searching online, I found a sequin margarita dress on the Krush Boutique website, but needed it rush shipped and didn’t see that option on their website. I called the boutique, the girl who answered (i can’t remember her name) she was SO kind, answered all of my questions about sizing & style, asked the manager if it could be rush shipped, & they were able to send it 2nd day air. She stayed with me on the phone the whole time, got all my information down and was able to do the whole order right there while on the phone together. Stood outside the door for about 5 minutes after they opened because the door was locked. Not a huge deal (could've been an honest mistake). HOWEVER, the girl who walked to the door had her phone in her hand, looking down at it the entire time. She unlocked the door and said "sorry, I thought it was unlocked". She walked away after that. No actual greeting. I'm looking around, she walks back up to the front with her phone STILL in her hand. Looking down at her phone, she asked me "you want to try those on?" I almost wanted to be petty and say, are you talking to me or your phone?, but I just replied "sure" in an annoyed tone, hoping maybe she'd realize how tacky she was acting. This is one who models a lot for their photos too. Very unprofessional. The girls at the Shreveport location are way more kind, friendly, and attentive to their customers.
