The last visit at this salon was absolutely outrageous. For reference, I’ve gone to other masters there several times (Anastasia and Olesya), and they always did an excellent job. This time I had an appointment with Irina, and it was a complete disaster. First, the appointment started about 20 minutes late. Fine, delays happen. But the big deal is the rudeness and incompetence of this master. After she applied the gel, it was obvious that some nails had different shapes. Three nails in particular looked terrible, they were thick with excess gel, making them visibly wider than the others. When I pointed this out, her response was, “That’s hard gel, we can’t do it differently.” You can’t? Seriously? Go look at other masters’ work and prove me wrong. I specifically asked her to fix those three nails. Instead, she started removing gel from all of them. When I questioned it, she said something like “I’m not going to leave the other nails, I want them the same. You asked me to remove gel, so that’s what I’m doing.” The result? Uneven nails, with color fading even on the ones I never complained about. When I pointed out that the nails on one hand were longer than the other, she said I came in with “uneven duck-shaped nails.” Relevance?? 🤡 She was so eager to start an argument that she kept saying, “Girl, you’re getting personal.” Personal about what exactly? The shape of my nails??😐 Her attitude was super unprofessional. I’ve never encountered a master this rude. Clients are paying for a service, we’re not there to listen to personal opinions or deal with arrogance. If I want only three nails fixed, that’s exactly what should be done. And the final straw, at the end of the appointment, while I was speaking with the administrator, she literally showed me the middle finger. On camera. There was some context behind it, but I’m sure she knew what she was doing. That is the level of “professionalism” I experienced in your salon. You can frame this however you want and blame it all on me, but at the very least your masters should know how to handle situations like this with respect. And again, there are great masters there, just avoid this one. Attaching pictures of this “excellent” work to this review as well. (I guess the different shapes on these nails were also my fault or I just have bad nails lol).

Update: I'm changing my rating of the place to 5 stars because of the way the situation described below was handled. I have to say, the way the owner of the salon dealt with the situation was beyond my expectations. It was incredibly professional and showed that they really care about their customers. I was reached out the very same day I posed the review and was offered a complimentary manicure, as well as a refund (and that's way more than most businesses would have done). My new appointment was with Aika and she was truly amazing - very meticulous, very careful. That was exactly the quality I hoped to get. ---------- The salon itself is really nice, and the admin is very friendly and welcoming. But their nail tech Indira did the worst nail job I've ever had and I've been getting Russian Manicure for more than 7 years now. First of all, it was often painful when it shouldn't have (because the nail drill touched the skin) Second, the nail shape was supposed to be oval, and as you can see in the pics, it's not. Besides, the nails look as if someone just randomly poured gel on them - they weren't evened And, finally, today, 4 days after, one of them just, well, fell off. The nail is not damaged, it literally felt as if I had a fake nail and it got unglued I was very disappointed, given the $130 I had to pay for it

A visit to More Amore European Nails is always a highlight of my day. I’m always greeted by the friendly and professional front desk staff who make check-in seamless and welcoming. The atmosphere of the salon is peaceful and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing environment for the customers. The nail technicians here are truly top-notch. They take the time to listen to what I want and ensure every detail of my manicure or pedicure is perfect. They are incredibly attentive to the health and care of your nails. It’s clear they are passionate about their craft, and their expertise really shows. Another added bonus is the complimentary drinks — they always offer coffee, tea or water. It’s a lovely touch that makes the experience feel even more special. I genuinely look forward to each visit, knowing that I’ll always leave with flawless nails and a smile on my face. More Amore European Nails is by far the best place for manicures and pedicures in Boston, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality service in a relaxed, luxurious setting. I’d give ten stars if I could! ⭐️💅🏻

Absolutely TERRIBLE service would give 0 stars if possible. Save your money go to SheShe Nails in the North End!!

I had an appointment at 1:45pm and I called in to share I was running 10 minutes late and was told I would incur a $15 late fee. I was a little concerned by at how little they cared to understand where I was coming from especially since it was my first time here.

I came in with bare nails. I sit in my seat she puts down nude, pink, and milky white. I told her I wanted red and her and the front desk person said that wasn’t possible since I was late and apparently I didn’t book the color option? I booked the option that was $105 and you’re telling me that was going to come with no color be so fr.

So I told them if I can’t get a color I’ll just leave and I’ll tip the lady for putting baby powder on my nails since that’s all she did. They go “actually we are going to have to charge you a cancellation fee unless you pick one of these colors”. Now that’s when I get upset because are you threatening me?

I refused to pay for a cancellation fee since I literally SHOWED up lol so they said they’ll still have to charge me for a late fee of $15. Not only did I spend $20 Uber getting there but now $15 for being late and getting baby powder on my hands.

Terrible customer service, zero empathy and honestly for the $105 I was going to spend I’m...
