Beware! NOT A LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST! Worst massage I have ever had. My husband bought me the Stars package for a gift. I had an appointment for a facial on another day and when I got there for my appt. the a/c was not working and it was extremely hot so I had to come back. I went back there today for a massage. Gloria, first reprimanded me for not hanging my clothes and leaving them on the chair in the room because she said she used the chair. She started the so called massage and was literally just softly rubbing my back quickly in circles. My neighbors 5 year old could have done the same thing. I told her that she was a not giving me a true Swedish massage and she said that what she was doing was in fact a Swedish massage and that she has been doing this since 2002 and that’s how she does it. I asked her if she could work on my shoulders and she said I would have to pay $10 more. I said no problem and she started rubbing fast in circles again and doing a little bit harder on my shoulders. She started trying to do small talk and I just wanted to relax. Who wants to talk during a massage?! After about 10 minutes of her just rubbing me in circles and putting her knuckles inside my hands to rub them, I asked her to please stop as I did not want to continue because the massage was terrible. She said no problem and left the room. She lathered so much oil on me and left me with no towel and did not wipe it off. When I asked her for a refund for the rest of the package that already had an additional $30 for a tip, she said no. I told her that it was the worst “massage” I have ever had. I would never recommend this place for any massage. She was horrible and not experienced at all. I get massages all the time so I am very familiar with Swedish and therapeutic massages. Don’t waste your money here and go to another place. This is definitely not a spa. If you would like a massage, I would recommend going to another place like the Eau Spa Palm Beach or Serenity Massage Spa and Wellness. Both of...

I had a really bad experience with just trying to schedule an appointment for a facial. I had scheduled an appointment for a facial on a Sunday (which by the way they are closed that day) and I had mentioned over the phone that I have a gift certificate. Gloria asked me to call her back with my certificate number and I agreed to..... but I honestly forgot to. I am currently pregnant and the ability to remember everything right now between work and family and the holidays is so overwhelming! I have been looking forward to this facial for weeks and when I showed up on Sunday, NO ONE WAS THERE. I even called Gloria and left a message and waited for about 20 minutes...NOTHING. I get a call next day on Monday, and she told me that because I didn't call her back with my certificate number, she didn't schedule my appointment. Not once over the phone did I say that would be my only means of payment. Also, she failed to mention that my appointment would not be booked until I gave her the certificate number. As a business owner, she should have been in touch with me to confirm the appointment and get that certificate number she so desperately wanted. Needless to say, I threw out a $200.00 gift certificate and it's sad to know she gained from the purchase of it.
