We went here last week for Spring Break. We went on Thursday. I had several kids with me, adults, and even a couple toddlers. I called the Track around 3:45pm before going and they said they were going to open Track 4 at 4:30pm that day. So we decided to go to Track 3 where the Roller Coaster was. When buying our tickets they said that their was a few rides that the toddlers could do there and then there would be more that they could do at Track 4. But there was only 1 toddler kid ride running after purchasing our tickets, but did not receive a receipt. So around 4:30 we go back to Track 4, just to find them still closed and I called back and asked and they said they didn't have anyone to operate so they were going to stay closed that day. When I mentioned a refund they said that I would need my receipt and I told them their employee didn't give me a receipt. And they said well since you have no receipt then we can't give you a refund. 🤦♀️ So i spent at least $300 and didnt get to do one ride with my kids. I highly recommended this place because I have went there the last 4 years and my kids and the rest of my family loved it and enjoyed all of it. But after this last experience there last week, we will not go back. I would not waste your...
Read moreI cannot say enough about how amazed I was with the staff at Track 3! We had taken our family (including our 85 year old grandmother) to enjoy a day of go-carts and bumper boats. Not knowing how many more Brandon trips she would get, it was wonderful to see her face as she watched all the great grandkids out there. Out of no when her blood sugar bottomed out. She was fading in and out of consciousness fast! She needed something sweet quickly until we could get her awake enough to eat or help could get there. This is where the young staff amazed me! From running to find a slushy or helping us get her in the air conditioner, running to the road to direct the ambulance, helping watch our little kids while we tended to grandmother. Most of them were teenagers just working their summer job but the compassion and willingness to help without hesitation will never be forgotten. They were all so wonderful!! I have been in situations where grown adults turn their head instead of lend a hand. Thankfully after a couple hours in the hospital grandma was out and feeling...
Read moreThe go karts and kids rides are fine, and my kids really enjoyed our day at all 3 tracks. The reason for my low review is the outrageous pricing and the misleading advertising on their website. Under their unlimited pass description it states "Includes unlimited rides as a passenger if height requirement is not met (with paid licensed driver)" which to my husband and I reads as kids ride free if they aren't tall enough to drive. Based on that assumption we bought 2 adult unlimited passes online (to save $10/pass) only to be told by a worker that it simply means if we buy a child this pass they can drive or ride as many times as they want. He then informed us we either had to pay $5/ride per kid just to be a passenger OR we could shell out another $41.99/child for unlimited rides. We had already paid for the adult passes and they don't give refunds, so we felt forced to buy the kids passes. By the end we paid as much for a single day here as we did for 2...
