A gentleman that has worked at the Branson Tanger Outlet Direct Tool Store for many years is one of the nicest, most professional, knowledgeable and best clerks I have ever seen in any store. He is friendly, quick to help, courteous and knows the store merchandise, quick at the register and just a great all around person. He is not the Manager, but I have always made sure and found him for the last 8 or 10 years or so when I went to make purchases. We have actually purchased 100’s of tools from them at both of their location in the northeast corner of Tanger Mall. { old location on the East side and now a couple of doors down on the North side }. Managers have changed and employees have changed but this gentleman has stayed for many years. A young clerk that is working there now is also a very nice young man. Was there to make a purchase in August 2019 and same gentleman is still there and still enjoyable to have as a clerk, actually my wife also makes purchases and he is a great help to her. Gives suggestions on tools and has always been correct. We use a lot of tools in our business. His hair is a little silver now, always combed neat and well dressed and carries himself well, friendly and always addresses the customers. Just a cut above kind of fellow. Gotta ask him his name sometime. Really a nice store and I can imagine one the Company is proud of and very successful and all due to the employees, especially this silver haired clerk that has been there so many years. This is an update. The tools have worked well. 3 months after sending in my original receipt I called and got confirmation that my Lifetime Service was in force. The phone answer person said an email confirmation was sent a couple of weeks after my original mailing. A "new" confirmation was sent while I was on the phone. The paragraph following explains my registration experience after my purchase 3 months ago.

The store staff says the RIDGID lifetime replacement is applicable on the Gen5X BLEM tools. May not be true. The website has special procedures for tools not purchased through Home Depot.. The procedure shown on the box does not apply to BLEM tools. I will update this note when the registration process is confirmed complete. Mailing of the ORIGINAL RECEIPT is required. Got to the store early to avoid traffic and to be able to shop for a table saw. After a few minutes I narrowed it down to 2 and went looking for assistance. 2 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing and neither would make eye contact or ask if I needed help. So I asked if they weren't too busy I had a couple of questions about the saws. One responded and we walked over to that area. Floor display said $107 on the saw I was more interested in so I told him I would take one at that price. He grabbed the sign and said probably not the right price and walked to the register to confirm. From the counter he said no it's $179.
