Management worked hard to make things right after being made aware of their poor employee customer service.
Track 3 refused to give wrist band for season pass because they were closing in 30. There were no lines. No reason they should not have allowed us to ride the go carts. We just wanted to ride 1-2 times.
First of all, we purchased a season pass so we could do go carts, mini golf, bumper boats, bumper cars and laser tag all season as much as we wanted. We did not use it as much as expected. We went to Track 3 Saturday, September 17, 2022 about 8:30 pm. The go carts had short lines so we were excited. Found our way to the ticketing area and a young man greeted us. We showed him the season pass and asked for a wrist band to do the go carts. He informed us that they were closing in 30 minutes and we should go down Hwy 76 a mile to Track 4 because they would be open longer. We explained several times that we would like a wrist band for this track and he kept telling us they were closing in 30 minutes and we should go to Track 4. He said if we got a wrist band at Track 3, they would just have to tell us to stop in 30 minutes. I asked if we could have a wrist band for both Track 3 and 4 and he said that was not the problem, yes we could go to both Tracks on the same day. He basically refused to let us do the go carts at Track 3 because they were closing in 30 minutes. I should have just demanded what I paid for but left and went to Track 4. Yes, they were open longer and had more people. We got the band at Track 4 and rode the go carts ONE time and that was...
Read moreWe have been going to the tracks for a long time but today was the worst we’ve seen we bought the all pass for 150 thats alot of money to put up with the crap we did today on 7/1/2025 first of all on the wild Woody, there was a guy in a red and white camouflage hat that slammed into an older gentleman that was probably in his 60s and they almost got into a fight because the older gentleman called out the younger guy for not slowing down, I was on the classic track with two young kids slammed into me full blast which I got off Expressed my displeasure with them, saying a few words, then we went back to the The road course had two young kids cut in front of us they were intentionally trying to wreck people stopping on the track on purpose leaving in and out driving recklessly I said something to the attendant there which he did not really care then I went and found a manager. My son showed him who it was in the manager, Bull off 150 bucks has a lot of money to get blown off. I can promise you one thing there will be no more money spend track from this day forward i would like a refund from the from the difference from 5 o’clock to 11 o’clock since we bought the all day pass, what we were dealing with should’ve never happened and we brought it to the management attention which they blew us off. Why even have a manager if you’re not gonna do anything about it I promise you we will...
Read moreWe recently visited Wild Woody, and it was such a fun experience for my boys and me! We have a full range of ages (15, 12, 7, and 3), and what I loved most was that there were rides for everyone at their level. It’s not always easy to find places that can accommodate such a wide age range, but Wild Woody did it perfectly!
The go-karts were a big hit, with my older boys getting to enjoy the faster, more exciting tracks, while my younger two had safe and age-appropriate rides to enjoy. My 3-year-old even got to ride as a passenger, which was a sweet moment for him!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that we were all set up to have a good time. They took the time to explain the safety rules and made sure my little ones felt comfortable. The fact that they offer a local discount for those of us in Ozark is just icing on the cake—it really feels like a place that cares about its community.
If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly place with something for all ages, Wild Woody is a fantastic choice. We’ll...
