UPDATE Alexis called and she is trying to work with us and find a replacement. So far she's been great and if we can make it work, I may have something that my husband and I both love and that would truly change my whole experience.
I am very disappointed about the careless treatment I received from the ladies at the store. My husband proposed to me at this very store a couple years ago. My jewelry got lost after a cleaning and maintenance routine and they called me to go over my options OVER THE PHONE they said I could pick a new ring and I explained that the jewelry was meaningful to me but that I was okay with picking up a new one. I GET TO THE STORE and at first they were handling things like a pro. I called my husband which was furious about the situation and asked him what he wanted me to do he said âjust pick a new oneâ I go back to the ladies and they were not nice, she said âyou can not pick a ring and even if you do you canât take it homeâ in a very rude manner. So after what seemed like an eternity of them basically telling me we are not giving you a ring for another week period. I finally had enough and ask them to explained what they were going to do and asked about my options. They said âYou need to wait another week, we will get in touch with you Thursday to see if we can find a paper for the lost jewelryâ (This was per my husbandâs request) itâs been over a week now and I have not received any calls, my wedding ring is lost and it seems like they have no intentions on following up with me or replacing the wedding ring they lost.    Read moreI did not have a good experience at first! When I walked in to get a wedding band for my fiancĂŠ and I was treated poorly. Anytime I asked a question I got a response that was poor customer service and rude. They gave the feeling that I was wasting their time because I was looking at rings within my current price range. I went and bought a ring at Walmart because I needed one soon. I didnât like that one and really didnât want a Walmart ring. I went back and I got the manager who offered to assist (even though she was the one that was rude). She was flustered the entire time and talked poorly about another co-worker. I came in with cash and had to order the ring online so she sold me a gift card. Then we found out there was a specific limit online for âotherâ payment methods. She didnât know how to work the computers very well and was putting herself down and lacked any confidence. She had to refund my gift card and then had to call CS but they couldnât answer. Long story short I walked out without a ring and really irritated and a huge waste of my time. I figured out when I got home that there wasnât a limit to a gift card and I could order online and have it shipped to my home. I could have used the gift card! So now I have to get a prepaid card and pay extra to order online. I made a review and the manager called. The situation has been amended and Alexa is amazing!    Read moreI have faithfully had my wedding ring cleaned & serviced every 6 months for over 17 years. It is gorgeous! We had made additions to it over the years to celebrate. This last time it had to be sent off for a fix to loose stones. No problem, that happens occasionally. This time it was lost in the mail! Alexis told me the sad news....the day before my birthday.
