Food Near Me Bistro & Bar — Restaurant in Branson

Lackluster food, poor service. Very underwhelmed by the experience, which was surprising because of its high ranking. When we arrived, there was one other party at the bar, and only the bartender was serving tables. This employee made a comment, "Three hours until I go home," and honestly , we would have been better off if she had. Our food was prepared very quickly, and we watched it sit at the "order up" window for 20 minutes. The waitress was more interested in talking to her bar patrons than retrieving our order and delivering it. The burgers were dry and the salad was mediocre.

After we were "done," we gave every non verbal clue possible we were ready for our check, aka stacking our plates of uneaten dry burger, placing the credit card at the edge of the table, etc. We waited another 20 minutes and finally approached the bar and asked for our check. The waitress was rude, didn't say "thanks for stopping by, come back, etc." Just handed the ticket across the bar.

To make this point clear, there was no other customers in the restaurant besides one party at the bar! Completely unacceptable and if you take a look at my review history, I have given hardly any bad reviews. I am always polite and courteous to staff, so there was no reason to treat our table so poorly. I just think the waitress was more interested in her conversation at the bar than serving customers.

This was a terrible experience, and there was no excuse. Would not visit again, extremely...

TL;DR: If you're looking for somewhere to eat after a long day of shopping at Tanger, look no further than Food Near Me! And ask for Erin. She's the best.

While I haven't had the chance to try as many menu items as I have from their sister restaurant Magnolia Bistro at Branson Landing, I feel confident in saying you can't go wrong with ANYTHING on their menu. Right off the bat, the Bavarian Pretzels were AMAZING! Quite possibly the best pretzels I've ever eaten. I will probably (hopefully) dream about them for WEEKS. And don't get me started about the fries and onion rings! I wasn't expecting narrowing down my dinner choice to be so difficult, but everything on their menu sounded amazing. I went with the Loaded Mac and Cheese, and it was a great choice. Perfectly cheesy, a good portion of food, and crispy bacon... need I say more? Our waitress, Erin, was so friendly and sweet! She did an amazing job. All around, I wish I could give WAY more than 5 stars....

We stopped in because we had some hungry and cranky people. We didn't really know what to expect. The place was not very busy but the atmosphere was good.

There were a total of seven in our party, and most of us got burgers. I ordered the French Onion Burger which came with fries.

The fries were spot on. They were crinkle cut fries, which can turn out soggy sometimes. These were not. They were crispy and done perfectly.

The burger was good. The bun was nice and soft. I personally could have used more onions, but then again I REALLY like onions. I liked the slightly crispy bits of the burger patty. I do think they could have added some more seasoning to the meat though. Overall, it was a good burger.
