Wonderful Experience Finding "The Ring" at Helzberg Diamonds Outlet! 5/5 Stars My recent visit to the Helzberg Diamonds Outlet was an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the incredible assistance from Christina and Michelle. Buying a diamond ring is a big decision, and they made the process feel exciting, comfortable, and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, Christina greeted me with genuine warmth and listened carefully to what I was looking for, asking all the right questions about style and budget. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different settings, cuts, and the 4Cs, explaining everything clearly without ever making me feel pressured. She patiently pulled out several stunning options that fit my criteria, even helping me compare rings in different lighting to truly see the sparkle. Michelle stepped in to help finalize the decision and paperwork, and her efficiency and expertise were just as impressive. She walked me through the financing options and the Lifetime Care Plan with transparency, making sure I understood all the details. Together, Christina and Michelle felt like a real dream team—they clearly communicate well and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. I needed to have my wedding ring sized up. My ring is a Three stone Princess cut diamond ring. It has 4 Princess cut diamonds on each side of the band/shank. Then it also has on the outside a Princess cut diamond that is turned to look like a diamond shape on each side of the ring below the bigger middle stone. One store at the Tanger outlet first said they could resize it. Then the lady (not at Helzberg) at the competing place looked closer at my ring and said NOPE, our jeweler won’t even touch the ring because it will mess up the diamonds in the band on each side. I told her that I don’t mean to sound stupid, but he will have to add gold to it to keep my band thick so if a diamond comes loose, then he can surely fix that and I’m more than happy to pay for that as well. She said NOPE. She then became very determined to talk me into sending my ring to a private person she knew to have it done. I refused. Several times I refused. She then tried to talk me into selling it or trading it with them for a different ring and I told her twice, nicely that I didn’t want to get rid of my ring. The third time, I had to get ugly and she told me flat out that I wouldn’t be able to find a store that would size my ring up. So I walked right over to Helzberg and I made sure the lady at the place I’d just left saw me. I’m beyond happy that I did walk over because the AWESOME ladies that helped me were so nice and polite and friendly. Not the fake kind. I told them what I was told by the other place and they were shocked. They had my ring sized up, and completely refurbished to look brand new again and I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked!!! This is the only store I’ll ever go back...

The Branson Helzberg Diamond store is a favorite stop on our visits to Branson. It has been consistently well managed for the eight years we have been coming there. Mike Curtis helped us in 2017 with our large purchase of an anniversary set, helping in choosing a setting, and a loose diamond solitaire and then having the set built and sized. I still love the set so much and receive compliments often! 7/15/24- we were back to have my rings checked according to our warranty agreement. At this time some prongs holding the solitaire needed to be retipped. And we also purchased another anniversary ring for the opposite side of the set to match. The rings have been sent off for the repair, refurbishment, resizing and soldering of the new addition. What is wonderful is that Helzberg's Lifetime warranty covers the tips, refurbishment, soldering and resizing needed! If you wear your rings daily, repairs are inevitable and costs continue to rise. It's so reassuring when the Lifetime Warranty is in place. For our recent purchases (2 gold and diamond rings), we worked with both Nicholle Spear & Maria Gard. They each were so helpful and enthusiastic without being pushy; I appreciate that in salespeople. I recommend them and the store manager, Mike Curtis, to anyone looking for a quality jewelry purchase experience and a quality team to help! Also, by all means, don't pass up the lifetime warranty; it's totally worth it when you finally need a repair...
