Color Nails and Spa — Attraction in Branson

If I could rate this place lower, I would. I have given this place multiple chances in hopes that they were just having an off day, but that is not the case. I went to get a fill in, as my nails I had gotten done here the previous week had already started to crack and peel up around the edges. The guy at the first chair very rudely tells me to sit down then asks what I want done. I explain that I want the same exact thing; same color, shape, and length. He's very sloppy and rude the whole time and wasn't even going to trim my nails down, so I said something before he put the polish on. He just stares at me, gives me an attitude, and files my almond shape down into a very short round shape on purpose. Even after that, I still left a hefty tip for the service I had been given. My experience yesterday was not any better, but much worse. I went in to get my acrylic soaked off for work related reasons, and the same guy quoted me 30 minutes. No biggie. 45 minutes later.... I'm still sitting there. For a soak off? Are you kidding me? The lady next to me had been sitting there much longer after being told she couldn't just make an appointment and come back. An older lady comes in and the guy takes her immediately, so this woman beside me speaks up. The older lady says she made an appointment yesterday.... But yet you don't make appointments on the weekends? He very quickly gets tired of talking to us and sends this lady up to talk to us; who is dressed very unprofessionally all the time, smells like she hasn't showered in a week, and probably hasn't brushed her teeth in even longer. She's immediately rude to this lady beside me, who had been quoted a 45 minute wait time and was there for much much longer. She basically tells her there's nothing at all that they can do so just deal with it. I then ask how much longer it would be on a soak off and surprise!!! She's hateful. She tells me an additional 35 on the 45 I had already been waiting. I explain that he quoted me 30 minutes 45 minutes ago and she yells at me telling me "don't hop around from tech to tech expecting the same damn time". How am I hopping around, ma'am? The same guy quotes every single person who walks in the door, no matter the tech they get. I walked out because I could not believe how unprofessional this place is. Do you treat all of your clients like this? I would not recommend this...

DO NOT GO HERE! Let me say it again for the folks in the back, DON’T DO IT. They are very rude and tacky and they lie. I called ahead letting them know that I, along with my friend and her mom, would be coming on a Sunday around 1p and asked if we needed to make an appointment as it was imperative that we received services because my friend was getting married. The lady told me they didn’t take appointments and assured me that everything would be fine. Well everything was not fine because turns out they have one little special man that does take appointments, but only for his very best of friends apparently because everyone who sat in his chair laughed louder than a farmer calling a hog to slop. Sooo annoying. And of course if you don’t patronize the business often you’d have no way of knowing that this special guy takes appointments. So as we are waiting for what seemed like forever (even though I called ahead), several people were going right past us and sitting in special boy’s chair. Well I am not one to sit idly by while an injustice is being done so I inquired as to why these people were being seen and that’s when we were told that he is by appointment only. Like whattttttttt? Well I’ll be. At this point I was displeased but we couldn’t leave because like I said, friend’s getting married. So we finally get helped and they are starting to turn people away at the door they are so backed up! When we first got there we told them what we needed, of course by this time they had conveniently forgot and once reminded said that they could only do one service and didn’t have enough time for both. Hahaha FOR REAL?? So I told them just make sure the bride gets taken care of because she’s the main concern. Neither I nor her mom were able to get the pedicures we wanted, even though we called ahead and waited for close to two hours to get seen about. But it’s okay, they don’t have to worry about MY coin ever again, and if you have some sense you wouldn’t give them...

I went in for full set of nails 4 years ago for daughters wedding and I was lucky enough to get I believe the owner, it was a perfect set of nails (my very 1st as well) absolutely beautiful!!! Went back 2 weeks ago with 13 yr old granddaughter and all of her nails had fallen off within a week, 1st one only lasted a day! Mine were ok but would've needed a fill within 1 week, but I did my own fill it wasn't perfect but they looked really good! Saved me $35.00 plus tip! We both had pedi's and set side by side yet one lady did more comforting services than the other lady did, and thy were not busy we were the only ones getting pedi's at the time until the end. So no consistency. Bottom line, if you get toy I think that's his name...you will get a beautiful set of nails otherwise I would say it's hit or miss! If you get a pedi...same thing! Hope this helps! We spent $160.00 + 20.00 tip...can't say whether or not it was completely......wort it have never been anywhere slse. But who ever did my granddaughters nails just didn't do them right....I did take her back in before the first week and they gave another free full set which I think is holding up nicely I haven't really looked at them, she hasn't said any thing and it's Ben almost a week.
