(08/2023) The past note was from years ago. This place is still âAWESOMEâ. Honestly as important as games and prizes are to an arcade, staff is crucial. This place has amazing staff. This trip in Branson, we stayed for a week and we came back 4-5 times and spent hundreds of dollar. I keep coming back because of the staff. They are always so accommodating and are always willing to help out and go above and beyond for when we needed help.
Sean and Erika were great and they were so nice in helping us trade in our tickets for prizes. They followed us around the facility to pick our prizes, and went above and beyond and got ladders to reach prizes in the corners of the arcade. Chris was great too! He explained how the claw machine works and helped us out with exchanging our wins.
However this place trains their staff, they are doing an amazing job. I hope to come back soon!
(06/2021) THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I have been to Branson 4 times in the past 3 years and every time I spend over $200 here because itâs so great! This visit was no different and me and my girlfriend had the best time.
STAFF: A big part of it was the help we received from the wonderful staff. I just had the best interaction with KAYANN overall though! She was so helpful throughout or visit tonight (5/24). They have a claw machine where you can exchange prizes whenever you win one and she helped us exchange prizes 3 times during our trip. We also had 4 giant plushies that we exchanged early in our visit but could not carry and she allowed us to store it behind the counter for us to pick up on our way out. KayAnn clearly went above and beyond during our visit to accommodate our needs and it made our visit so much better. The Caucasian male standing behind the prize counter was great as well. We definitely were a little rowdy and needy and he handled us very well and even helped us out after 11 because we tried to use up all our credits.
ARCADE: This arcade definitely is more expensive but their prizes more than make up for it! They have very useful prizes and have such a wide variety too. If you are planning on coming back for a repeated visit or plan on spending more than 30mins here, I would definitely recommend getting the $50 or $100 game card package. Most of their claw machines also allow for prize exchanges which is so great because you can go for whatever is easiest. One of the best games to play here is their coin pushers. This place has so much variety in those and you can just sit for 30minutes at a machine and not realize.
TL;DR: Staff is wonderful; KayAnn deserved recognition! Recommend spending more here to get better prizes. Love the claw machines and...
Read moreMy friend is a foreign exchange student and he really wanted to go to an American arcade before we left. While we were in there, he discovered the rubber duck claw machine. He thought it was the coolest thing ever since they actually don't have rubber ducks where he's from. We had both recently graduated high school, and it was his last week before he had to go back. We spent well over 40 dollars trying to get a specific duck. A graduation duck, wearing a cap and gown. Eventually we had both run out of money, and I decided, as a last shot, we would simply ask the game attendant if they could unlock the machine and we could just buy the one rubber duck. When we went to the desk, before I even got past my first sentence, she happily jumped up, went over, unlocked it and grabbed two graduation ducks from the machine, handing them both to us. I know she was probably breaking the rules for us, but we would have definitely been sad to walk away without having gotten the duck, so it totally made our nights and we will both have that memory and the ducks forever, thanks to her simple act of generosity. I know this was a long review to write but I just hope that the girl who did that for us reads this and knows how much it meant to us. (This happened May 16th,...
Read moreMy family and I decided to stop by Arcade City in Branson today after we had lunch on the landing. We spent $100 and had a great time playing games. However the experience we had at the end ruined that for us. We were at the prize table cashing out our tickets and an employee (I have her name if but chose not to include it publicly) was the one assisting us. My 9 year old son who has a speech delay was trying to pick his prizes but was struggling because strangers sometimes have a hard time understanding him. He gets upset over this easily so he was pointing to what he wanted and communicating to my husband and I which prizes he was picking. The employee, whom was not at all friendly during this experience looked at him and said, âthis would be a lot easier if you would use your wordsâ I feel that this was very inappropriate of her and that it was very uncalled for. Iâm not sure why she felt the need to criticize my son in front of my husband and I. I did not address it because by this point my son was overwhelmed and ready to go. I know she is young but I feel like maybe she needs to be educated on children with special needs especially when...
