Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Branson

I have been endorsing Tropical Smoothie for a while now then yesterday I receive the wrong Smoothie I don't taste it because it is for my wife about to have surgery i mention the surgery for a reason. I get home with the Smoothie it's wrong it also has an immune booster that costs extra and I paid it obviously back to the point it all is but it's wrong so my wife calls before I go to get dinner for this evening and Maria tells my wife rudely that there is no record of this purchase basically calling us liars ans also saying "all this over a free Smoothie?" She is young so Maria missed that it's the principal 1. I had a doordash order come to me, when I actually got the order, it was missing the edible straw that I paid for. I called the store & they told me that they couldn’t refund the cost of the straw because they didn’t have access to the system to do refunds. They were very polite and customer friendly and offered to make it right with my next order. I know that it’s only $1, but I had the order door-dashed because I don’t have a vehicle to drive there and just order, & there is not a single solitary place in Branson that has gotten my orders right and/or gotten the ENTIRE order to me for the last 3 weeks. I find it VERY disappointing that management cannot just do a refund on the missing items, instead I have to arrange for a ride from work to the store & then arrange for a ride from the store to home. By then, it’s cheaper just to take the $1 hit and move on. I stopped at TSC for lunch on the Friday of Labor Day weekend 2024. When I pulled up there was an unattended pressure washer on the sidewalk along with all its hoses just lying about. People were having to navigate this obstacle course to walk past TSC. Luckily someone hadn't tripped & fell. (lawsuit?) I get to the door & a hand written note saying "hadi cap wet paint" was taped on it. (politically incorrect ) Upon entering the cafe the music was extremely loud. Kudos to the employee who turned down somewhat. At the corner table there was an older gentleman with drinks & cans of paint. Mind you the food establishment is open for business. He's walking around painting different areas here & there. I had placed my order & received it. Before he begins to paint right above where the employees are to set the prepared food orders.
