We unfortunately went in the rain. It was expensive at $35 per adult per event at the door (3 events available). Since we went in the rain, so did everyone else. The staff was rude and very unhappy to be there. They were also pushy and seemed to be mad at us because of it. We bought our $70 worth of tickets at the door and was told we had to wait for 45 minutes to go in. No apparent reason. Her just being a "B" and taking it out on us. She seemed to smile making us wait 45 more minutes. It took us nearly an hour to get to buy the tickets in the first place. We waited in the line to get in anyway. It took nearly 45 minutes. We entered 10 munutes before our ticket time. They also seemed unhappy we didn't take the octopus photo's. Horrible feeling. Embarrassing to us. Bad enough this whole town seems mostly to cater to children. But to have adults treat us this way was so beyond unaccessible. We asked if we could wait some our time in the gift shop and then go in. We have spent money, the "supervisor" who really seemed to hate being there said NO loudly and said she wouldn't allow it because it wasn't policy and we would spend our money on schedule when we went through the exhibit. I enjoyed the experience, because my wife did. If I could get my money and time back, heck YES I would! It was so over run with rude people and out of control children and rude hateful staff, I would DEMAND a refund. We spent our money on their dang schedule. We spent more money on give away junk than we did on admission. I just want my refund on admission!

The boardwalk is confusing, huge building, but nothing inside. Just 3 trailers, bathrooms, ice cream, and a beer truck. It is more just a parking lot for the aquarium. The aquarium fountain is cool. The beer truck was closed both times we were there. Has potential but not much now.

Drove four hours to Branson because yall said there wes drinks at the boardwalk, there was a Budweiser car but it had a kid on it and there was no beer. However, we got some tea somewhere else which was good so you get two stars for leading us there. xoxo

Fun to see the water show at night!! Our whole family loved dancing to the music and watching the colored water shoot up to the sky. Sounds like there is a light show every 30 minutes. We will definitely watch the show a few more times before we leave!

Definitely not happy with the price it's overpriced for an aquarium when you want to take your family to do something fun but besides that it is a great aquarium to spend some quality time with your family I like that we went on a non-busy Time
