When we arrived at the museum I was told it was $5 a person well before I handed the cashier my $20 I asked about discounts,school aged , seniors etc. She took my money and told me they had discounts but then charged me the whole $20. We had 2 senior citizens and one 14 year old student. She clearly didn't know or understand what I was implying and trying to do. I let it go because I figured it wasn't much of a discount (turned out to be $3 discount).While we were checking in my son got very dizzy ,lightheaded and nauseous so he went and waited in the dark room the whole time. I mentioned maybe I could get a refund for him but was only laughed at. While trying to look and listen to the exhibits all I could here was the extremely loud noise of everything being worked on. You couldn't hear the exhibits at all and half of the place was under construction. I ended up with a severe migraine and told the lady we should be able to see the museum for free since you can't hear anything or see everything and she laughed at me again. I purchased 2 things from the gift shop and left. It was a terrible experience and a total disappointment especially if you are planning your whole day to see 2 things.
