Cannery Kitchen — Restaurant in Brenham

I gave this an overall rating of right down the middle because the previous reviews do not really tell the whole story. It's not wholey a buffet, more of a cafeteria line. The food is home style and the day we visited there were 2 choices of meat, 2 of vegetable, a starch (mash potatoes that were very good), a salad bar, a piece of pie and tea. The food was good but not great. The real story is this is not a restaurant - the $10 donation you pay for the lunch line reinvests into all the Christian mission work they do.
