I am delighted to write a positive review for Honey Bee Bubble Tea at the Brentwood location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service that made me feel right at home.

The menu was impressive, with a wide range of bubble tea flavors and toppings to choose from. I ended up trying their signature Honey Bee Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious. The tea was perfectly brewed, and the sweetness was just right, with the addition of honey giving it a unique and delightful flavor.

Probably one of the best bubble tea stores in town. I always get DoorDash delivery during my work day at the end of the week as a little treat to myself. Looking forward to going in stores soon though.

I like to get one of the non dairy milk options with boba- such as matcha green milk tea (M10) or Okinawa milk tea (M3). I do feel that the boba is made perfectly but there is very very little in there, which is disappointing at $1.00-1.25. For that price I would really like 1/2c of boba, not less than 1/4c. 🤷‍♀️

I usually try all different fruit teas for my second drink. Because there is no option to make them less sweet, that is a bit of a journey for me. I’ve had the fresh passion fruit tea (F1), fresh mango green tea (F7), sweet garden (F3) and strawberry peach oolong tea (F10). I listed them in order of sweetness. So far I’ve found them all to range from nearly perfectly sweet to definitely got a cavity sweet. 🤣🤪

I would also like to ask that there be an option not to have any straws. I have a reusable boba straw because yeah I’m slightly addicted. ☺️ Also some of the drinks can be made dairy free in store but not on the app (according to their website). Would like to see that...

I'm new to boba and what boba is so I had to ask the workers some questions as I was intrigued to learn more about it. The girl I talked to was extremely nice in the beginning but as we were ending the conversation, she began to be extremely rude. After I paid for my order, I went to the restroom and walked out and heard her and the other employees saying rude things about me including my appearance and how I dress with some laughter. They were saying how dumb I was asking so many questions..... Once I walked out to the seats, the talking behind my back stopped. I received my drink and DID NOT receive a "have a good day" or "thanks for coming". since according to the reviews and response, "you guys are known for amazing customer service". Outstanding customer service isn't talking behind ANY CUSTOMERS back by any means and judging them. I felt really mistreated, and the manager was there allowing these actions to happen.
