Too, he affirmed that the deal I'd struck with Matt, the previous employee with whom I'd spoken, would be honored, and though the item was not presently in stock (being much sought-after), when the current re-order was delivered, my name would be on one, I would be informed, and it would be held for installation, even though it might be some time before I could return. That's service! And it was service provided cheerfully, in a friendly manner, and professionally.
Luke, the technician, had ample opportunity to fudge on a diagnosis and sell me on that which I didn't need. Instead, he was scrupulously honest, explaining exactly what was wrong, how he'd identified the problem, and saved me what might elk have otherwise been an unnecessary expenditure of hundreds of dollars.

   Read moreI purchased a security unit in Mt.Vernon WA . Within two weeks it was locking me out of the car while it was running. Later I was driving down the road the auto door locks were locking and unlocking on their own. I stopped by the shop and had Mobil music employees look at it. I was told it was the door lock on the car that was broke. I then took it to a master mechanic to fix the door lock .He looked at it and said the computer board was zip tied so tight it cracked. The wire ties were the cheapest ones available, and not used by most dealers. The anti carjacking Part of the alarm has been disconnected . I still hear the alarm switches clicking when traveling on rough roads but the locks have stopped going up and down. The mobile music employees didn't seem to be too interested in fixing the problem,and I am not sure that I want them working on my car any more. I sure didn't get much for the 300.00 +...
   Read moreCameron had the best customer service ever made me want to be his friend until I called back and said that whatever they did to my car ruined it because it won’t start and it’s acting all weird they played not answer the phone and run around games after that and said the owner said there’s nothing he could do and that they didn’t do anything wrong without even speaking to me, they definitely did something wrong. I have evidence I have videos and pictures of how they left it and I haven’t touched it. I would not recommend using this company at all the installer tapped into my computer board instead of running a constant hot and a remote from my fuse box I lost customers at my business .. and they’re not willing to do anything excepting zero...
