WOREST COSTUMER SERVICE AT SABRINA’S BRIDAL 2nd floor of Burnsville center Minneapolis , doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
I was searching for traditional bridal dress when in May 16 my family went to the store called Sabrina’s Bridal in the 2nd floor of Burnsville center, my family showed me the dress that they liked on the camera since I’m in another state, I stated clearly that I wanted the dress with veil and that I wanna cover my hair with the veil, she sold us a dress without a veil without even letting us know it doesn’t come with a veil, we knew that after we called her to make sure it had a veil since she told us to leave the dress we bought at her store and that a new collection coming the next week’s Friday May 24 and to wait for that collection if I still wanna see different designs and we clearly told her that the wedding will be June 8 and that we don’t have much time to lose. Long story short I’ve tried to reach her multiple times in different days on that week but she didn’t pickup her phone, Friday has passed and she didn’t even tell us the new collection didn’t come, she didn’t pickup my and my family’s phone, finally she picked up on Sunday May 26 and told us the collection didn’t come and that she doesn’t know exactly when they coming and we have to take the dress that doesn’t come with a veil and that she found a different veil for it, I couldn’t believe how bad she treated us and not even apologizing that she wasted our time by making us wait for a non coming dresses, I didn’t want to deal with her anymore and I asked her for a refund since I payed her with Zelle, and she told me that she won’t give me a refund for the dress that I didn’t even touch, that comes with no veil, my family didn’t bring it home, instead of compromising and taking her mistake she told me that she won’t refund me and the only way that she will refund me is when someone buys that dress and that she will give me the money whenever someone buys and if no one buys it I won’t get my money back and the dress will still be in her store. Worest Experience I’ve had with someone in business. My advice to whoever is going to deal with that shop SABRINA’S BRIDAL be sure what you buying because if you pay them and you change your mind even if you’re at the store, like my dress never left their store you’ll be stuck with them like me and they’ll hold on to your money. It’s been a week since I asked for a refund but still waiting hoping that someone will buy the...
Read moreIt's no secret that the Burnsville Center has been floundering for several years. The loss of a number of larger/well-known retailers combined with the lack of dining/entertainment options, doesn't make it a top destination to visit. We still find ourselves here often enough as the stores that are here tend to have really great prices/sales. Our most recent stop was this past weekend as there was a large Lunar New Year celebration occurring and we were excited to attend. The festivities were beautiful and it was fabulous to watch. A short time ago, Eden Prairie opened Minnesota's first indoor Asia Mall and the response has been highly positive. Rumors have been circulating for some time now that a similar revamp is in the planning phases for Burnsville Center too. While at the festival, we noticed several posters showing possible renovation ideas, including new shopping and dining places. I am not sure if this project is mall-wide or just for part of the mall. Either way, it will be a very much welcomed update to an otherwise-decent indoor mall. There is so much potential for Burnsville Center, I hope that with this possible revitalization, it can be restored closer to its 'glory days' status. All escalators and elevators appeared to be in working order, which is definitely important for matters of mobility. This mall usually appears well-maintained and clean also. I gave a four star rating over a three star rating as I am hopeful terrific changes will continue to be in store...
Read moreI am updating my four-star review to five stars. Yes, this mall has a lot of closed stores, but it has a lot of open stores, too. There are lots of specialty stores still open, as well as a mini zoo!
The really great place about this mall is their food court. There are lots of options- there is Philippine food, El Salvadorian food, Somalian food, Ethiopian food, and lots more. If you are interested in trying food from different cultures, and want it fast and convenient, then come to the Burnsville Center.
As I said about lots of closed stores- they are trying. In the couple months I've been in the area, they have cleaned up a lot, are maintaining the building itself, and are clearly trying to attract shoppers and businesses. It's no Mall of America, but I highly recommend that you give this place another shot....
