The customer service experience at this location leaves much to be desired. The younger staff members seem disinterested in providing good service and lack essential customer care skills. During my visit to this Nike on a quiet Thursday around noon, there were plenty of employees on the floor, despite only a handful of customers present. The customer service sucks. I took my brother n law to get some new shoes on the fourth of July. Nobody greeted us. I walked in front of a young man with dark complexion. And a young female and they both work there. I went in front of them several times looking for some sandals and they both just kept talking to each other and didn't bother to ask if I need help. Everytime I come to get new shoes I have to walk up and ask for help except if it's early in the morning and it's like a manager or something....Come on people this is ridiculous.... Brought my family to pick out new shoes. I asked the lady working for my child to use their restroom bc it was an emergency. she told me no customers are not allowed to use their restrooms. So i walked out without purchasing 4 pairs of shoes that were picked out by my family since they wouldn’t let my small child use the bathroom for the emergency.
