Cutruzzola Vineyards — Attraction in Cambria

During a recent out-of-town trip, we stumbled upon a charming local winery nestled in the heart of a picturesque coastal town in Cambria. Initially, we had planned to make reservations for a wine tasting after researching online a week prior, but I lost track of time and forgot to book. To our delight, upon arriving without a reservation, we were warmly welcomed into the cozy, inviting establishment.

The tasting experience was exceptional. We sampled their full range of wines, each one showcasing the winery’s craftsmanship and unique character. The atmosphere was enchanting, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and relaxed elegance, making it an ideal setting for a memorable afternoon. The staff member who guided us was outstanding; friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. They took the time to share fascinating details about the winery’s history, winemaking process, and the distinct qualities of each wine, elevating our experience.

We were so impressed that we couldn’t resist purchasing several bottles to enjoy at home. This winery is a true gem, and we’re already looking forward to returning during our next visit to Cambria. We’ll be sure to make a reservation next time and highly recommend this delightful spot to anyone...

The Cutruzzola Vineyards tasting room is a near-perfect blend of light and warmth - an almost intimate space that invites you to relax and explore the surprising array of their wines. Their Pinot Noir consistently earns "wows", and the Rieslings have been known to make converts! The room itself becomes part of the adventure. A long wooden table gives visitors a place to sit and relax, and the gorgeous bar provides a place to stand together and toast the joys of new discovery. The spirit of the Vineyard, tucked away in the sun-filled hills above Cambria, is captured in the stunning photographs that grace the lightly tinted walls. There are happy little hills of gifts, treats and serving items that visitors can purchase, and the Cutruzzola wines are available by the bottle, the case, and through membership in their wine club. Cutruzzola is a fabulous award-winning boutique winery four miles south of the historic landmark Hearst Castle on highway 1, and nestled among towering pines is the little town of Cambria, California. We enjoy day trips to Cambria and always visit Cutruzzola. Their reisling and pinot noir wines are aptly produced from their estate vineyard located just outside of Cambria, only a few miles from the waters edge, and just over the coastal mountains from the Westside Paso Robles wine region.
