Worst reservation nightmare for regular customers who wanted to relax after a week of hard work and ended up more stressed. You can never reach Brian, their manager even with email or phone so don't bother. Our team usually plays on Thursdays from 7 to 9 with at least 4 folks and enjoy this place. It has never been a problem for honoring our reservations. But yesterday changed my whole perspective as 7 of us arrived and we had two courts "reserved" for 95 USD. Here are the reasons for my change in perspective: 1) The person at the front desk treated us like a scammer who did not have proof of reservation (because with Murphy's law I could not find the paypal stuff but we go there most Thursdays) and I had to show my credit card statement (attached). 2) They have a unique open court reservation system outside of 'reserved courts' (which was not honored for us). I have to enter my name and get assigned a animal like mouse, cat, rat, dog, tiger etc. and then use that combination on another computer to reseve a court. We did this and reserved courts as per the open court rules even though we had original reservations and got kicked out in the middle saying we were waitlisted. 3) The website says 20 USD for drop in fee in addition to the reservation fee but they charge 21 (not a big deal but be transparent). Tech systems are not fool proof and can go berserk - I get it but the instituion not making it right by refunding us is not good customer service. We played for approximately one and half hours without being kicked out of court but had to pay for 3 hours. They charged us for 4 people drop in fee of 84 (instead of 7 people) which I appreciate but it still does not make sense because 2 folks were standing at the front desk trying to solve the issue caused by their system. Then one of our folks who was persistent got through to another manager who did eventually see our 95USD paid amount for our reservation. The whole fiasco was because the front desk system was not refreshed to see our reservations. In any case, we played for an hour and in the big picture this is not a big deal but you should be aware that it may end up being more stressful than relaxing on some days.

Have been here for almost an hour and still waiting to play a game I’ve added the rules of this place of ill repute. The extremely unhelpful stuff can create account names for you and take your money, but they will NOT help you reserve the court. Nor will they refund you, because no refunds allowed, and you know they ‘just work there’ So if this is your first time going here make sure to read the rules, because it took me 10-15 minutes to understand how to register together with my party. Yes you have to register to reserve a court and if you don’t register together with your friends you might get to play someone else Overall badminton is a fun game, the rules of this place,- not so fun

This place more than 20 courts and all will be occupied after 7pm. Their court booking policy is very nice that two person cannot completely occupy a court. They have to share the court with other person as well. If you are group of three then you can occupy a court for 45 mins. Then again you need to login. And you can queue up your names to other court as well but only on one court. It’s first come first serve basis. Courts are well maintained. They also sell all badminton products and they repair too.

Disappointed with Bintang Campbell store - Absolute Junk Racket!

Bought a badminton racket for my 8-year-old from Bintang Campbell for a whopping $55! Thinking it would be decent quality for a kid just starting out, we were sorely mistaken.

Within a WEEK of playing for just 3 hours a day (come on, it's an 8-year-old!), the strings snapped! This isn't even with intense smashes or anything - this is basic playtime.

Did Bintang Campbell sell us a used racket? Or maybe one made out of cobwebs? Absolutely outrageous that a racket marketed towards beginners can't even withstand a week of casual play.

Upset, I took the racket back to the store and spoke to the kid who seemed to be stringing rackets. He tried to be helpful and messaged his manager, a guy named "John", but John just flat-out refused to do anything about it. No offer to replace the strings, no apology for the cheap materials, nothing. Just a big, fat "no."

Save your money, folks! This racket is a complete waste. I wouldn't recommend Bintang Campbell to anyone looking for decent badminton equipment. Especially for kids! Do better,...

My son enrolled for a membership today 5/22 to find out that an entire month is charged for the 8 days remaining and supposedly June 1st, his credit card will be charged again for another month. I called to ask and the response I get is he should’ve asked. He is 18. As a business, it’s their responsibility to disclose all information ahead of time for the customer to make a decision. This business is quick to take customers money but lack customer service. When I asked about this month if it’s protracted, she doesn’t know. Isn’t part of this employees job to know what they are selling?. Annoyed at the response I’m receiving. A simple explanation prior to signing up is required. Can’t expect the customers to know what is required without explaining how a membership works and what costs etc. not very good service. Nowhere in the membership form explains if first month is...
