Long line right at open. Took me 20 minutes to order, a further 6-8 to get the bagels, and a total of 20 minutes from order to to complete the order. I appreciate that they crafted the beverages but the bagel and beverage timing is way off.
There is no atmosphere to speak of, there never has been in this location (we had been to the previous iteration). My complaint would be that the management needs to moderate the number of patrons in the shop... maybe slow down the order taking so all elements are working in sync.
For the food, I had a 30 minute walk home before I enjoyed the bagels. The bagels are nice by themselves; I almost wish that I could buy them that way. The Corn-cheese flavor, you can really taste the honey-garlic butter, and frankly it needs it, since the corn-cheese and other toppings are unremarkable by themselves.
The Jalapeno flavor is dominated by Jalapeno, that is the only flavor you get.
I'm gonna try the other...

With the current popularity, you need to arrive around opening if you don't want to wait. At around 10:00 AM, we had a 15-min wait. The line only got longer so plan accordingly. The parking lot is average sized and service here was super friendly.
🥯 Jalapeno Bloom: I could eat this every morning (but should not)! The jalapeno was just the perfect kick to an already cheesy and crisp bagel. I was a bit hesitant about stuffed bagels considering I don't like huge loads of cream cheese. However, this was a pleasant mix of cheesiness and bread. Not too overloaded!
🍫 Nutella French Toast Bloom: Not my choice, but if you're a sweet tooth in the morning, this is probably your heaven!
🍵 Drinks: I loved my matcha einspanner, creamy and perfect matcha color. My sister had the Pistachio Mocha, to her taste it was a bit too bitter. If you're looking for a sweeter drink, I'm sure they can...

We arrived around 10:30/10:45 and half of the menu was sold out already. We really wanted to try the California roll bloom, but sadly that was one of the sold out bagels. Definitely go early!
The bagels we did get were really yummy! The Korean style bagel gives it a real decadent experience with the cream cheese loaded into the bagel. They brush the bagels in a garlic butter and that gives it more richness and bit of crunch with the bake. They are a bit expensive but I think it was worth it.
The staff were really friendly and helped us out with other recommendations. The store itself is pretty small and doesn’t have seating inside. There is some chairs outside nearby from the other restaurants. We just ate it in our car because we were ready to dig in. I’ll definitely give it...
