It’s nice and clean, but service is incredibly slow. Was trying to sign up for a players card at about 5pm, guy was busy doodling for a solid 3 minutes to look up. At first I didn’t want to bother him, I thought he was writing something important, when I peaked over it was just doodles.
Ok, I can get over that. Ordered a drink through the machine. Took damn near 20 minutes before a different attendant showed around. I asked what’s up apparently new girl. I don’t know. Not my problem.
I’m a frequent casino visitor, diamond platinum whatever at caesars, and I may not be a fan of Las Vegas quality of service, at least there’s some urgency to what they’re doing.
The 1 and ONLY saving grace was the floor attendant Brenda. You need 3 more of her. She was helpful and got what I needed and made sure I was looked after.
She was FANTASTIC. The operation overall, I don’t know if I’ll be returning to this location. Which is a shame because the...
Read moreBeen here dozens of times over the years and I think of it as a 'must goto spot' for all of PR and especially Isla Verde... The Lobby bar is not cheap, but it's the cornerstone of a place where everyone you want to see in PR will walk by eventually -- from business leaders to college grad parties to weddings and maybe Quinceneras you'll maybe see that all in one night ! Very professional bartenders -- some I have know for 20 years ! Great great place. However, the latest entertainment management has turned the entire lobby into a 'pounding loud" club-music kind of place -- maybe that's good for a younger crowd ??? The older , say 30-50 types who can afford to drink there and still.do (for now) do not seem to like it much.... plus, back in the casino, there's another 'small stage' that used to have small cover bands.... now only odd DJs (at least to this half grinxxo)... used to be a 5...
Read moreId give it far less stars if possible. From the car service to the casino. They said members only could get money exchanged or withdrawn. I've been to many casinos, where they are more than happy to take my money. I speak many languages, but the way my wife and I look, was just not to their liking. Dressed to the nines and all, what a waste of time. They did not want to exchange at the booth in order for us to hit the tables. They would not validate even when we finally exchanged with just the cash we had in our wallets (which is well beyond what most people would carry). This was a nightmare, if you want to be treated poorly, come here. The atmosphere seems beautiful, until the BS starts rolling in. The treatment was so poor that we had to leave. We didn't even bother arguing, what's the point. If you treat high rollers as such, why even speak with the characters that presume to be there...
