The store is ok, hard for handicapped, but they are generally willing to help. Their online customer service is terrible, offshore, third world, non english speaking. So far they have screwed me out of about $50, cost me a lot more in missed deadline. Ordered ink cartridges, only delivered one. Never notified me that the second would take longer. Third world customer "service" promised delivery the next business day which was the following monday. Way too late. Said they would credit for inconvenience. No credit yet, way done with talking to offshore customer services. At least 3 hours or more. Never delivered on Monday, sent me an invoice for the item at %50 off. When I tried to buy, they said it was unavailable and cancelled the order. Read moreI must say that my review is of the Print Center in this store. The employees, from the manager to the workers in the Print center are horrible. I have had four occasions to use their services in the last 4 months. Each time I have experienced employees that are uninformed about what they offer in services, and a manager that is always too busy to pay attention to who she helping, nevertheless help her employees with questions. I called a Office Depot store in Reno, and they were more than happy to help me with my printing needs. I guess because they are the only game in town, they feel they can treat people this way. I just left there tonight feeling like I was a 2nd grader who was speaking out of turn! Enough, I will never go back. As for the rest of the store employees, they are great with customer service. Read moreI usually have had great experiences at this location but today I picked up one item and stood at the checkout counter for a few minutes. When no attendant showed up to help I walked over to the print/copy counter and a rude employee snapped “didn’t you see the sign?”, then proceeded to walk over toward me and stood pointing at a sign; motioning me to come over and read it. Then she continued with, “ We don’t have a cashier today and we are trying to run our print jobs so you’ll have to wait awhile”...and said it all with an attitude and was actually annoyed she had to check out myself and two other customers. This situation seemed like a scheduling issue on the part of the manager and the employee needs to go back to training on...
