Mercado Y Carniceria El Pima — Attraction in Casa Grande

Best meat market in Casa Grande. Several months ago, I tried a Carniceria on Cottonwood that is much closer to my home. Its service was radically inconsistent. One person would go out of his way to get me what I wanted, another would say, "I can't help you with that." I decided to try the Mercado y Carniceria El Pinal on N Casa Grande Ave. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. They went out of their way to get me EXACTLY what I wanted which was a thicker cut of beef than what was in the display case. I returned several times and each time, they make the special cut so I get what I wanted. The owner gave me her phone number and told me to call her if I was ever at the shop and someone failed to get me what I wanted. THAT is customer service. The man who helped me with the meat department was extremely nice. He took his time with trying to understand me. But the lady who checked us out was EXTREMELY rude.
