Upon arriving at the dispensary, I was informed that they would not honor the advertised price due to a "typo" or other unspecified issue. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only unprofessional but also reeks of false advertising. The lack of transparency and accountability was frustrating. No effort was made to rectify the situation, such as honoring the listed price or offering a comparable alternative. The staff's dismissive attitude further compounded the negative experience, leaving me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. Businesses in the cannabis industry should prioritize trust and clarity, especially given the competitive market. I had a 5 star review for these guys, but had to change it to 3 star due to Tim. He likes to chum it up with people after the sale is made and leave people waiting in the lobby after they have worked 12 hour days. He has shown me how he treats regulars, and they have lost my business due to Tim being a insufficient bud tender. I would still stay away from RMO all together, but cannabliss has moved to 2nd best choice on the hill.
