Don't go this hmart. If you can go to the other stores, yes you should go to the other locations.

The cashier( a girl) was a very rude and bad attitude. When I paid my things that were total over $90, I gave her $40 cash and paid credit for less of them However, i checked my recipe and saw $35 cash. Immediately, I told her I gave her $40, and she said, "No. At that time, she yelled at me several time even if I explained to her how I gave her money. So I told her to call the manager and check the camera. She just pointed the Customer service. Nothing said. I told her you go and call manager.

Suddly, Behind her register cashier, came to her to open and check her register. After checking and talking each other, the cashier who argued with me went to the customer service lady to talk.

I called police to report it because she can't check the camera. While I was calling police, the customer center lady tried to give back money to me.

They were never said sorry until I said she didn't apologize. So the lady called her to say apologize. But her attitude wast sorry. So bad attitude when she said sorry.

I have never had this bad experience. I will not go to this hmart anymore.

I just want to say don't waste you guys' time and don't get like...

If you've never been to a Korean supermarket dont be daunted, it's actually quite a fun experience. This H Mart is a little older inside but the produce is of an amazing quaility and so interesting to find international items you've never seen the likes of before at your local Safeway or even Wegmans stores. The signage (and most of the packaging) is in both Korean and English. They have some standard American items too but there is even a Japanese section. The prepared cuts and types of available meats are fantastic like sliced pork belly or how about ox tail. You won't believe the wide variety of noodles or the double freezer section rows of dumplings and bao. There is also a wide variety of seafood - and yes, even fish heads, some items in a serve yourself style like shrimp w heads on or the blue crab. There are prepared meal items, sushi, sashimi, and even roe. This location also has a Wasabi Express (sushi) eatery, loads of kitchen gadgets and pots, as well as a jewelry store. And last but not least an entire refrigerated section of all...

To the management of H Mart: I’ve been a loyal customer for years, dropping over $200 every week on average —thousands of dollars keeping your business afloat. But your shameful incompetence has pushed me to my limit. Your staff somehow charged someone else’s credit card for my purchase, and when I called to sort out your ridiculous mistake, your customer service had the nerve to give me attitude—like I’m the one who didn’t pay! I swiped my card, I have the receipt, and yet you treat me like garbage instead of owning your failure.

Is this how you treat a devoted customer? Your employees acted like I was inconveniencing them by pointing out your screw-up. Do you think I have time to waste fixing your broken system while being disrespected? Management, wake up! Your team is a disgrace to H Mart. Fix your pathetic processes, retrain your rude staff, and stop insulting the people who keep your doors open. I expected better than this clown show. Step up, or watch loyal customers like me take our...

H Mart is an Asian American supermarket chain run by the Hanahreum Group. It has over 80 US stores and locations in Canada and the UK, specializing in Asian products and catering to Asian-American shoppers. The name "H Mart" comes from the Korean phrase "Han Ah Reum," meaning “one arm full of groceries.” This H Mart, located in Centreville, is one of the largest H Mart supermarkets in Northern Virginia. It offers a wide range of products, including imported specialty foods from various Asian countries, meat, seafood, produce, prepared foods, frozen foods, traditional desserts, and baked goods. The store has a customer service counter, a food court, and some small retailers. The store is located in Old Centreville Crossing, an area that is surrounded by many Korean restaurants, making it convenient for customers to grab a meal after grocery shopping. The store website has a weekly digital flyer with bargain prices on items sold on Fri-Sun.

H Mart Centreville is a fantastic shopping experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and packed with fresh, high-quality products. The produce section is vibrant and full of variety, while the meat and seafood counters are consistently impressive with freshness and presentation. The aisles are stocked with everything from everyday staples to hard-to-find specialty items, making every visit feel like a culinary adventure. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and checkout is quick and efficient. Whether you’re looking for fresh groceries, authentic ingredients, or just browsing for something new, this H Mart is a top-tier destination. Highly recommend!
